Such terrible service. They just checked and did nothing because there were no technicians available. They simply pulled up my car and said, ‘If you want to fix the alignment, we’ll charge you $2,000. Otherwise, we can’t do it.’ I didn’t agree, because I just went in for a simple alignment. It feels like they’re just trying to find ways to make money.

Brian and his crew are awesome! Very honest. Never tried to up-sell me on anything. They even had my Jeep done sooner than quoted.

I had an ongoing major issue with my vehicle that no one else seemed to fix properly, but their team got it done right. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was in top shape before I left. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with expert-level work, but Stability Alignment does just that. Honest and professional Service. Extremely knowledgeable and came up with a cost-effective solution for my jeep that was oversteering when towed. I am particularly impressed by not trying to upsell me on more expensive and not really needed repairs. This is definitely my go to place in the future.

Put your sunglasses on b/c this is going to be bright!! I had such a great experience w/ Stability. I took my Escape in for an alignment knowing there might be some other issues & of course there was but Brian was amazing. I really appreciate a mechanic who doesn't assume I have tons of money lying around for auto repairs - he told me straight away how many miles he thought I could safely go b/f having to get the work done & told me what recommendations could be taken care of later that were not a safety issue. I didn't realize just how bumpy my ride was until I got my car back & felt the difference. Night & day! I drove my car to the Grand Canyon the day after it was repaired & it was the smoothest ride. I think I raved about Stability to my passengers every time they got in my car on our trip. Fantastic experience, honest, thorough, and timely. 10/10 recommend.

After taking my vehicle to another shop for alignment a couple times, I always still had some drift. On a friend's recommendation, I took it to Stability and work was outstanding. The vehicle drives true and the shop called out another issue that I was able to verify. No BS, very easy going, and reasonable prices. This will be my new stop for alignments going forward.
