As a college student as well as a first time buyer, I wasnt really sure of what I was going to buy or how to buy a car for the first time. Gabriel was there to explain every step of the way as well as explaining all the paperwork to me before I signed them. He was very patient and I drove off the dealership in less than 3 hours. Let me start off by saying this place was so amazing I drove four hours just to finance a car from them! Gabe & Joshua went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and guided me through every step of the way. This was my first time trading in a vehicle and financing a newer one, so I was very confused and wanted to make sure I was making the smartest and most reliable choice. They saved me so much money and time I could not thank these two gentlemen enough! There was a little trouble getting my loan at first but Gabriel made sure he found a bank that would approve me, all while thoroughly explaining the process and answering any questions I had. Joshua gave me an amazing deal for the car I traded in and offered to help me out anyway possible with the financing process. Needless to say I got my dream car, 2015 Jeep Renegade. Runs great & is super cute. Will never buy from here again. They sold me a lemon that cost me over 8k (not including the 16k the car cost) within the first 11 months of ownership. The staff was friendly, however, when I called to talk about the car issues they did nothing to reconcile the problem. I overheard them throwing in a free 3 month power train warranty to another customer when I came to pick up the spare key. I m sorely disappointed that I did not receive the same customer care. I m local to Santa Cruz and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. My saving grace was a tree landing on my car and getting totaled out by insurance. I still took a huge loss. Took my money straight to the Toyota dealership and will never look back. Update: thank you for your response, however when I reached out in regards to the car issues, Gabe told me that there was nothing you could do to help me. In regards to the extended warranty, I was told I would have to put an extra $1000 down even with a substantial down payment which is why I declined.

Great selection in my price range, great customer service, very knowledgeable and easy to do business with. I loved their flexibility with regard to my trade in. Would definitely buy from them again, but I wont have to as the suv I bought will last me for years! I am a very satisfied customer

I bought my car from these guys a few years ago, It has been an excellent car for me with no problems whatsoever. At the time I bought it we had arranged to have an extra key made, but I never followed through, then recently the key I had started breaking (the plastic part separating from the metal) so I called them up, not only did they remember me and the car, but they also honored the arrangement we had originally made some 3 or 4 years earlier and replaced my key!! I frankly dont expect to need to soon, but when I need a new car I plan on going back to them!

I m so lucky to have found aloha motors! Such a great experience from the very beginning to the end. (Highly recommend!) In my life I have probably bought and sold 20 cars but this was the easiest place to deal with even compared to private parties. The owner Josh made it super easy from the very start there were no hidden fees and provided free Carfax and auto check records. I picked up a Ford F1 50 fully loaded but paid for the standard private party excellent value price! Terry was fantastically helpful, and took the time to explain my options regarding financing. All three of the folks I met there were very helpful, actually, and there was absolutely zero pressure. I didnt wind up buying there, as they didnt have exactly what I was looking for at the time, but Im telling my friends that this should be their first stop when looking for a pre-owned car.

Early April 2017 I was looking to purchase a truck needed for around the property tasks. I looked at various dealerships and was always lead towards a vehicle beyond my requirements, they wanted me to purchase more truck than I needed or wished to spend. Not so with Aloha Motors. Their small friendly corner operation fit the bill. Both Aloha Motors associates I conversed with were extremely knowledgeable in all phases of what to expect in financing and took the time to explain how secondary market financing and local banking lending practices differ in cost as well as rates. I was impressed. After our discussions they lead me to seek out a local financial institution that might well offer me the best available rates., which saved me a lot in interest rates and cost. From the test drive to finalizing the deal they maintained the highest integrity, explaining all aspects of the car fax and the trucks history. Heck they even told me if I wanted to ever sell the truck I just purchased to consider them when the time came! Needless to say they not only put me into a truck that was very functional for the duties I had in mind for its use, but also put me into a well preserved 2004 Chevy Silverware in excellent condition and at a very affordable price. All in all they listened, advised and sold me what I was looking for. Not once trying to up sell me like the other dealerships. I bought my car there. Its a 2014 Jetta with 15k miles. I put $6k down and Gabriel helped me get financing for the rest. I was looking for a car that was a little older that I could just pay cash straight up for, but this was too good to pass up. There are other really good cars on this lot. I normally fear used car lots due to past negative experiences, but I feel like Aloha is a solid, honest operation. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I dont give 5 star reviews to anyone.

I love Aloha Motors. We recently purchased our second car from Josh & Terry. Both guys are so thorough and caring. Their cars are in great condition and are equally great prices.

I put 2 stars because I got a used SUV from here and about 6 months later the engine is now knocking and needs to be replaced. The car only has 140K miles so nothing ridiculous. I am now having to car shop to now replace this vehicle. I did call and let them know what happened. I was even willing to maybe purchase again from them. Owner said he would email me with some vehicles that matched my criteria. Its been over a month and still have not heard anything.

This place is the best used car lot I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2004 wrx wagon and it was in excellent condition. You can really tell they take care of the cars they get. Make sure you ask for Josh when you go, he was fantastic to work with. He was not pushing at all and didnt apply any pressure to buy. He was knowledgeable and worked with us on the price to where we both walked away happy. I drove 3 hours to get this car, and he immediately sent me the carfax for the car after I called in a few days before I drove down. I would highly recommend doing business with these guys, I definitely would again.
