I called to get a quote and was given a lower price than another local towing company I had called so decided to have them send someone out to my rescue lol James arrived in less than 30 minutes and shared some info about flat tires that I did not know. He helped me by moving my car for me as I was too anxious to drive the flat closer to the truck to get it mounted. He worked quickly and then delivered me and my car to the nearest tire repair shop where he stayed on stand by to make sure I got things sorted out. Overall James was very personable which made a stressful situation less stressful and I appreciate that! I’d definitely recommend Gonzales towing and will keep them in mind should I ever find myself in need in the area again. Thanks!!!!

Martin was great! He thoughtfully waited an hour to come while I finished a meeting (as it had already taken AAA 3 hours to set up the tow) and he came exactly when he said he would. Then he carefully and expertly navigated a very tricky driveway and garage entry situation. When access to the front wheels was blocked (I needed a special tow because my car was stuck in park) he did a lot of problem solving to find a solution. I would call these guys again any time!

I am not fully sure if this is a one man operation or if this is a regular sized company. Either way, I called after 11pm on a Thursday night and it seemed to go to someone's personal cell phone, so he was either on call for the overnight or it is his business. Anyways, the call was answered immediately and the man was very friendly. Luckily for me he was close by to my location, I was all the way out in Felton with a dead battery and couldn't bug anybody this late to save me. He came with a fiery quickness and saved me and my friend with a jumpstart. He charged me 65$ which is steep for a jumpstart but in my mind it was reasonable given the time and our location, and that is probably just his base rate for a "house call" considering he could have lost money if he lost out on a more valuable call. 5 stars!

My car's battery died in my garage and I called insurance, they redirected me to another towing company near the town. The other towing was not nice on the phone, and didn't come/call back/ring the door bell. This morning, I called them at 9:05 and they came at 9:25, this towing fast and nice. I will recommend here to my friends if they need towing in the town. Btw, the price I paid is about 40% cheaper than the one my insurance redirected me.

Locked my keys in the car at the board walk, called board walk security they were gonna charge $150 to unlock my car. Found Gonzalez towing via Google and they said they'd be here in 45 mins, it only took them 25 mins and they charged $60 bucks! Quick, friendly and reasonable on price.

Great service from the owner. Very understandable with our situation! My gfs purse was stolen with everything in it. They had a new key made and programmed that day !
