Sam went above and beyond my expectations. I needed to replace the windshield to my sprinter Van and leave the same night to LA and rather than push me out for when I came back he juggled and accommodated me. His interpersonal and intelligence is obvious. His wife made me tea!!! It’s understandable why I rate 5 stars and I’d give more if I could. He even helped me navigate my insurance on top of all that!
I had my windshield replaced by Absolute Auto Glass after an improper installation by another shop in town caused my car to fill with water during a large storm surge. Sam was helpful and informative about his installation process to assure me that this won't happen to me again. He offers a lifetime warranty on his work to give me the peace of mind that if anything does happen, he'll fix it. His lifetime warranty also shows that he stands by his work.
Amazing customer service! They were able to see me the same day. The sunroof on my 4Runner was leaking -- with heavy rains in the forecast I needed it fixed. They were able to resolve the issue (clogged drains) in about 30 minutes. I got an education along the way. Thank you!
Absolute Glass is absolutely the best. I've had my 67 Triumph Spitfire for 24 years and do all possible work myself. They treated my car just as I do, with patience and precision. They even worked 45 minutes past closing to get the job done and done right. Thanks Sam!

Had to get a power window window replaced, and having had poor experiences in the past was nervous about getting it fixed while being an out of towner. My expectations were exceeded. Called to make the appointment, window came in promptly and was fixed within a day! I was very impressed with the speedy fix and with the communication of staff. The owner was lovely to work with and I would recommend this for anyone who needs glass repair. My window works great and has no problems, with a working auto-up feature to boot.
My son and I just returned from a great experience with Sam and all the staff at Absolute Auto Glass.
