Conveniently could give a printout of the diagnostic. Lied about the need for a transmission replacement stating the problem was the torque converter. The car drives forward fine, won't shift into reverse. Wanted $4k to put in a used transmission. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!

Been meaning to write this since February. The guys at Allied were amazing. Everywhere I called, no one could rebuild the transmission to my 2013 Ford Flex in less than a month, except for Allied Transmission. They told it would take about a week. I dropped it off on a Monday, they had it ready for pick up by Friday. The reason I needed it done soon was because that following Sunday, I was taking my family to Disneyland for the week, and this is our family road trip vehicle. The transmission performed flawlessly! It just ate up the road going up the "Grapevine".Great work by the guys at Allied. They were a glass door on everything they were doing. They also replaced my front control arms and various mounts. Theyre pricing was similar to what other shops were charging. Allied did cut me a break on labor for the control arms only because those were already dropped for the transmission. That was cool. Months later and the transmission is still tip top. Not easy to find a trusted shop, but I found one in Allied. Way to go guys!

Mike and his team were so great! I will be bringing my van back for additional services next week. It was easy to set up a time to come by, and the team was friendly and on site early. The place was clean and these guys have a ton of certifications. They gave my the quote and said the van would be ready around 1:30. I got the call at 1:32 that it was ready. Then, my battery was dead (my fault: it's an old battery), so they came out to troubleshoot and got me on my way. Excellent service. Go see them for all sorts of auto services!

The best, by far! I would highly recommend Allied Transmission to anyone having a transmission issue. These repairs can be really expensive and who knows what to expect. All I can say is see them first! The team is super honest, professional, and reliable. Mike and the mechanics are great and know what they’re doing! My car was at a local Chev dealership for an oil change. Service dept said oil was leaking from my transmission. Quoted me $13k to diagnose, tear down, and replace my transmission. With only 63k miles, having no previous issues, this made no sense, and something didn’t feel right. Searched for a second opinion and took my car to Allied. The best experience I’ve ever had! The Allied team looked over everything, found no issues with my transmission, none, and didn’t even charge me. Unbelievable! Allied Transmission will be my first choice and if you need help, give them a shot, I’m sure glad I did!

Mike is awesome I called from El Paso Texas for my husband we weren't sure what to do with our jetta but after speaking with Mike I felt confident he would be fair and honest..so far so good..thank you mike. Follow up, Allied transmission is 2nd to none, Mike is just awesome I can’t say it enough. My husband and I live in 2 different states temporarily that being said money is tight Mike is awesome he worked with us. Car is running awesome Great job Allied crew.. Just had my transmission rebuilt at Allied and the service was great! Mike, the shop manager was very helpful through the whole process, start to finish. Great pricing, professional work, and a quick turn around time! I definitely recommend Allied Transmissions to anyone looking for reasonable pricing and great and professional service.

Very satisfied with this Transmission shop! They saved me over $1,400.00 from what another shop on 405 Keys st. San Jose Recommended. They replaced the parts needed and were Honest and got me back on the road right away, so I actually returned my rental car two days early! My only Regret- I DID NOT COME HERE FIRST! I went somewhere else first, and they just wanted to replace mine with a remanufactured transmission for $3400.00 OUCH!! A good friend reccomend Bob and his team at Allied Transmission. Thank you all for a job well done on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra! So now I had issues with my Dodge Ram 1500...The upper and lower ball joints were worn out so they replaced them at a very good price! They also rebuilt my differential instead of wanting to charge me $3,500.00 for a replacement from another shop.. These guys are fair and easy to get along with! I normally go to a place called Reliable Automotive on Blossom Hill Road in San Jose but I don't think I'm going to be returning to that place and I don't recommend anyone go there!.. they're just okay. I took my 2003 Winnebago VW Rialta RV to have a Transmission cooler installed at Allied Transmission there price was $600 this alone earned Allied Transmission five stars Why Opposed to other transmission shops that wanted to charge in the upward of $1250 plus tax (THEY WERE NOT HONEST AND I FELT CHEATED) Bob and his Techs at Allied Transmission are real Professionals! They installed my transmission oil cooler with no problem and done a Great Job and had my RV back on the road with no Problems and no hassle! and (Great Customer Service!)
