My F56 MCS started to give me a low battery voltage warning on my dash LCD panel, so I took the car to get it checked out at the dealer and they diagnose a bad battery. It was replaced and coded to the car and I was able to leave three hours later. The waiting area is very nice and provides amenities and AC charging for your phone or laptop, which makes the stay there very convenient.

I took my Mini in for service because the air conditioner stop working. After considerable diagnostics, the technicians found the problem as a bad compressor. I had them replace the compressor which took a few days to get the part. Once fixed, the car has been running fine, especially with the hot weather we have been having lately.

Service representative is friendly and accommodating. I never mind driving the 60 miles to Mini Stevens Creek for Service. Was offered a snack in the waiting area and theres wifi so I could do some work while waiting for my vehicle. My Mini has had no problems for nearly 10 years thanks to outstanding service provided.

It was great! They sent a video of the inspection and even gave my car a wash and a vacuum! You can t beat the deal for the 3 year unlimited oil changes. Now I have a centralized record of when I last changed my oil that gets pulled up with my computer or key fob.

My AC system went out in my new 2024 SE. Many parts had to be ordered from Germany. Johny kept me updated and got me a loaner to use while I waited for the repair. It made being without my car for so long a lot more bearable.

All three stars are for Mike, the general manager at MINI. He is always there to help you, one of the few to actually listen to you and willing to go out of his way to help. Unfortunately, the communication with the rest of the team was found wanting. Rather than believing customers, they second guessed the customers about the defects in the car. Response to messaging or updates was left up to the customer. I had to call for updates and got mixed messages about service requests. Getting a loaner car was difficult esp when BMW/MINI take pride in providing great customer care. Time is precious, it should not have taken multiple trips and phone calls to update/reboot a software.

I love my Mini copper! I need an oil change, so I took it to Steven creek mini. Was happy they weren t booked out, it was easy , kinda expensive but the financing and their customer service was amazing. As well as my car runs beautifully and looked amazing when I got it back.

I schedule an oil change for my vehicle by calling the service department and spoke to an individual and was surprise that I can bring my vehicle to change the oil the same afternoon, this was around 2:30 pm and my appointment was at 3:30 pm and I also told this individual that I ll be waiting to have my oil change done. This individual inform me that this will be no problem. I got to the dealer earlier than normal and I spoke to one of their service advisor and this advisor inform me that their technician that does the oil change will be leaving by 4:00 pm, and somehow there was a miscommunication to the person that I spoke to on the phone earlier, and that they don t usually do an oil change this late in the afternoon. Another service advisor by the of Blake Justman overheard our conversation, stated that he will take this service call. Blake informed me the service that will be done to my vehicle. I told Blake that I will wait in the lobby or wait until I get a text message from him, once my vehicle is ready. I really appreciate what Blake did and representing Mini Of Steven Creek, regardless of the miscommunication between myself and the person that I spoke to earlier on the phone. Blake Justman in my opinion represent Excellence Customer Service to me by making it Right for the customer, Thank You, Blake. Yes, the oil change was done on time and back on the road !

My air conditioner suddenly stopped blowing cold air. My Mini Cooper is a 2020 4 door hard top. It has less than 40,000 miles on it. My local car repair place said that they were unable to find the hose parts that I needed. My local mechanic that specializes in European cars did not have the correct connector to recharge my ac. I took the car to Mini of Stevens Creek. They contacted me within a few hours of receiving my car after they had inspected it. The Service Rep (Devin) asked me if the car had ever been in an accident. I hit a red light runner broadside a year ago. He said that some hoses were bent and the ac condenser needed to be replaced. Also, they found that one of my transmission mounts was broken. Very important! I am surprised that the body shop that repaired my car didnt catch any of this damage. Mini of Stevens Creek performed my repairs in a little over 2 days and Devin suggested contacting my car insurance company to see if they would cover the cost of these repairs from my accident. I am working with them now to see if they will pay for it. I could not be happier with my experience at Mini of Stevens Creek and would recommend then to anyone.

Along the way Blake updated me via text message as to the progress. Once completed Blake notified me and when I arrived to pick up the car it was clean as a whistle. Absolutely amazing service from Johny and MINI of Stevens Creek! While taking my daughter to school, my car warned me of an issue with my drivetrain. Called up MINI, set up an appointment with no hassle, and took my car in. Found out there was an issue with a broken valve. Johny kept me in the loop with the issue and repairs, provided me with a loaner (which was awesome and allowed me to work and take care of family matters without any worries), and ended up finding me a way to save money as well! Cant thank you enough for all of your help!

I brought my car in for an oil change then got some additional work done. While I was there I got texts for 3k worth of repairs that did not make sense. Played the video of the leaks and there were no leaks in the videos. I brought it to Bavarium and they found 0 things wrong with it and lifted the car and showed me theres been absolutely nothing leaking around the two parts Steven Creek said were 3k worth of repairs. This place is wild, the last time I was there no mechanic was in and they just topped my oil off. This time everything was broken and leaking with a video that just panned and showed nothing. Needs new management. I also dont like that they dont cover uber like the Hollywood Mini does.

This is my second purchase at this dealership. Everyone who work at the dealership are super friendly and do their best to satisfy the clients. I initially picked out a different car, which they cleaned, prepped, ready to go. But then when I got there, I saw one that I like better. They did not flinch or said anything. The salesperson Min was knowledgeable and responsive. Frank the finance guy was efficient. The manager Mo was supper friendly and kind. All in all I had a good experience.

Excellent staff thry help me alot

I went there for a 60,000 service on March 1. I purchased the car used at this dealership. Since the purchase, I ve only put 6,000 miles on the car. I don t drive much. I have a few free oil changes and vehicle inspections from when I purchased the car. I know I paid for them somehow. In any event. A very reputable independent shop had quoted me a price of $460-no more than $500 for the service. I told them I have nearly 2k until the service. So I went to Stevens Creek Mini for the oil change. Adrian the service advisor didn t seem happy about my free oil changes. We were having a difference of opinion about him adding numerous things that he claimed needed to be done. That was before the car was inspected. He came back with a bill totaling over $10,000 dollars for a long list of unnecessary and untrue things wrong with the car. Needless to say, that s not happening. The car is a 2011, it isn t even worth nearly that much. I will still get my other four or so oil changes. Then I will never go there again. I would park the car and use it as yard art or a planter box before I would pay over 10k for a made up laundry list of unnecessary service items. It was as if it was a retalitory inspection. I would advise anyone who doesn t need to go to Stevens Creek Mini for factory warranty issues, to stay clear of that place. Thinking about it, I d better not bother with the oil changes there.

So refreshing to visit a company that knows the definition of customer service and service. Immediate attention as soon as I arrived, super customer service representative, kept informed throughout the process, very clean waiting area, car came out clean and well maintained. Thank you!

Went in because I was told the car was serviced before buying it. Then my alerts were telling me the car needed service after driving it for only 2,000 miles. I brought it in to have the alerts cleared but they said it need an oil service.. after waiting 5 hours in the shop I was told that I needed new breaks as well.. and it would be $600 how could 2,000 miles use up 3/4 of the break pads.

Good service that takes an excruciatingly long time. Went to get my water pump done, it s a big job ~7hrs. They said they d probably have the car back in 2 days, and gave me a loaner at my request. Actually it took them 2 weeks. They didn t even start on the car until a week after I dropped it off, and when they did they didn t order all of the parts needed to complete it. So they spent 2 additional days just waiting for parts to arrive from their warehouse. Independent shops around the area quoted me 48hrs, for ~10% less than my total including the 15% promotion Mini provided. With such a big job though and not *that* much more I d rather have the dealer do it. But the service is really really really slow. Warranty is good on their service, 2yrs unlimited miles. We ll see if I need to use it. Also expect to get bombarded by people claiming the Mini USED inventory is low and they want to give some lowball offer to buy your car. Miss me with that noise.

I would like to thank Hector and Robert for their best services and knowledge on helping on my Mini Countryman regular maintenance! I have been with mini for like 8 years now and having two countryman. It s totally a fun cat to drive with worry-free from the car dealer s services.

Excellent experience at the service center. Robert and his team did a wonderful job. They were ready to help me when I arrived for my appointment, no waiting. Unlimited coffee at the lobby is always a +, so thank you for that! And most of all, my car was in great condition when I got it back. (they gave me a free donut too, you guys deserve 10 stars!!!)

I have a 2015 countryman s, it had a oil leak, the leak was coming from the passenger side of the engine. It took them 4 tries to finally stop the oil leak. The leak was caused by the pvc valve getting clogged, After they fixed it we were driving home from the dealer and engine light came on, come to find out the valve seals were leaking and it kept fouling the spark plugs, I brought the Mini back to the dealer and they told me the engine head needs to be replaced at $11,000, I said just change the valve seals they wouldn t, they insisted in order to fix the car correctly they would replace the head. I was upset and took my car to Nelco German Auto Repair and they fixed my car in 3 days for $1800

I suspect that MINI of Stevens Creek punctured my tire maliciously!!! I bought a new car a month ago, the tire was flat last week, and neither the tire repairman nor we could find the puncture or damage, so I sent the car here for inspection! I sent it to them on Thursday but no one answered me until I called them on Saturday, they said there was no problem in the inspection, and asked me to buy a new tire to replace,why should I buy a tire if they didn t know what happened to the tire? So I refuse that. I went in on Monday and they told me there was a hole on the outside of my tire that I suspected they had punctured it because neither we nor the tire repairman had found the hole before I sent my car to this store and it was so obvious to the bare eyes! This store is horrible, I found them have a lot of bad reviews, cheating consumers! I will never go again

This service center has been doing maintenance for my MINI Cooper in past three years. Technicians are very professional and always follow the standard process doing the service. They communicate the todo items and never charge unexpected fees. Even if I went for accessory s warranty, they still did some basic check on my car s status and carwash. (Though my car just got maintenance 2 months ago.) The only improvement they need is to reduce the waiting time. And when the parts are not available, please let customer know at the first minute so customer won t waste hours waiting for nothing to be done. However, technicians are profession and thoughtful.

Everyone there was very nice, even though I misread my appointment and showed up a week early. Theres a lounge for waiting with coffee, tea, and water as well as comfy chairs and free wifi.

Had a scheduled appointment @8am and was promised the shuttle would take me to work by 8:30. I did not get the ride until after reminding staff at 9:00am that I was still waiting in lobby for the ride.

My daughter is probably still a month or two away from doing her first purchase of a car for herself. We met with Amanda and sales manager Joe this evening to look at Certified Pre Owned options. They could not have been more helpful or applied less pressure. The car she drove tonight may not be there when she is ready, but we probably found the sales person and dealership she will be getting it from.

Completely efficient & thorough! MINI Stevens Creek correctly diagnosed my Cooper S and had it up and running in less than 2 work days. Ask for Hector. Be patient at this store, they are busy but trustworthy for sure!

They have all your mini Cooper selections

They did unauthorized work on my Mini at ridiculously inflated prices and flat out denied they were unauthorized. Who pays $420 for a battery (among other things) when their son is a mechanic! Work performed anyway was sub par - oil & coolant leaks were worse than prior to their repair plus the check engine light they diagnosed and fixed* continues to appear. Cost me over $2000 with another $2000+ they quoted but didnt do. Like I said when I told the service tech their quote was for more than half what my car is worth, I didnt want the work done - just the recall item I originally went for in for (at no charge of course, for the recall). Beware of your smooth talking service tech and expert mechanics. They are not to be trusted.

Worst service ever encountered. We booked online for FIRST mini service for our new car. Online told us there was a courtesy car available we were surprised but ok with it. We drove almost a hour to the service dept and was told no courtesy car and need to wait for 2.5 hours. The service people was rude and treated us like you take it or leave, we are right and online were wrong. The supervisor gave us you can leave if you want, we dont like to serve you even one service guy promised to provide a courtesy car for us. I am not surprised because most of the car dealers did not provide a courtesy car for the first service. If I was told nicely I am ok to wait or rather drive my own car with me if I know. But the attitude of service people was worst compared to others and I dont want to come back again.

This review is for the Service dept. I was charged 99.00 for a check engine light. Where I could have went to o rileys or autozone and got a free diagnosis. 800 for a fuel pump. With no good advice from the service advisor. I love my mini but new car will not be a mini. Thanks for the lesson

We always had good impression with Mini service when we lived on the east coast. After moving to Bay area and started going to get my car service at Mini of Steven Creek, the people here just totally dont really care about your car or you. My Mini had a recall. I made an appointment specific to get my car service for the recall. The service guy said the part was out of stock and he said he would call me when the part is available in about a month. Almost a month passed and I still hadnt got a call. So I dropped by at the service center and I found out there is a wait list and I wasnt even on the wait list. So the call back was a total LIE. They never cared about your car in the first place.

I know that mini service is a little more expensive than my other cars I own like my Camry for instance but I dont get this level of treatment over at Toyota like I do with Trent at Mini! I am fine with that! Keep up the good work Trent and staff. Shot out to the service manager Gary Wilson over there! You have a great team over there..... And a pretty great beard! ;p
