My daughters Ford Edge got into a little suspension fender bender and Shan helped us repair it. We were not sure about Shan at first but found that he does not need to be micromanaged ! He found resolution for our problem and even saved us money. We were patient and Shan had finished the work in a timely manner even though he had plenty of cars to work on ! Thanks Shan the SUV runs good !

Very pathetic service, he took the money but didn’t inspect car well. He told the car is good but there were many modifications to car due to accident. Went two times to his place both times he didn’t check the car condition well and simply charged money. Very bad service.

Brought my car in for an oil change and a diagnostic for what sounded like I lost my muffler. It had completely rusted through (from years of living in a snowy/salted roads state) and he had the part ordered and on my car from a local place within 24hours. Most importantly to me, he took me seriously, gave a fair price (called a few other places/looked up online while I was waiting to compare), didn't give me the "you need to replace the air filter and timing belt" shake-down, showed me what he found and promised to have it done the next day - perfectly on time. Will definitely be bringing my Subie here for a long time and sending family/friends here too.

I though my car needed normal maintenance like oil change and stuff. I went to Honda service center and they quoted me $550. I came to Shan Auto Service and the Mr. Singh told me there was no need for anything other than oil change after checking the car. The oil change took 20-30 minutes. I respect the transparency.

My light show up to worning I have the engine service soon. I google and find Shan Auto service. He help me to find out the problem no waiting time. You will not belive that promblem because I didnt close the gas cap tightly. and he dont chage me any fee. Thank you so much. I will go back for other service.
Have been using Mr. Singhs shop for oil changes & to fix issues with my 2010 Toyota Prius. He recently changed out my headlights to LED ones. Have always found the prices to be fair & service to be excellent.

Scammy. They are not transparent about the fees they ll be charging before you leave your car with them (I spoke to Jaclyn). Then, after the fact, they try to surprise charge you. They were trying to charge me $195 for having performed no service on the car, only for a diagnostic estimate. My Mini Cooper Sunroof wasn t working correctly and wouldn t close: I came in with an open sunroof and left with an unfixed, open sunroof but they still wanted to make $195 off just having performed a diagnostic. Beware.

Based on the rating, I was expecting this place to be great. However, I was given the run around about not being able to find the part needed anywhere. This wasted days of my time. I took it to another mechanic who quickly ordered the part and fixed my car at a fair price. I can only assume that Shans just didnt feel fixing my car was worth it, but didnt want to tell my no for fear of a bad review...

I needed to fix my brakes and called several places but they were closed I called Shan Auto Service and they were able to help me with my brakes problem even though it was almost closing time. Shan Auto Service is not licensed through the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair. My experience with them has been a nightmare, I wasnt able to get any insurance information from them to make a claim for the damage done to my car.
