I visited this shop 3weeks ago to for service B3 of my class and this shop is recommended of my co- worker. I m very disappointed because I just noticed today when I opened the hood of my car to checked the fluids etc. I noticed that the oil dipstick of my car is different from the OEM. and also THEY asked me if I want to replace the left side DRL because its faulty already and the price is $750 for that 1 piece of DRL OMG

It s becoming more expensive here. Only a bit less than dealers for regular services now.

You cannot do better than this shop. Tony and his crew are first class and have saved me thousands of dollars. Do not go to a dealer unless you like wasting your money.

I cannot express how impressed I was at their professionalism, timeliness, and most of all honesty and integrity! These characteristics are hard to find in businesses these days. They discovered a minor problem that was fixed at no charge. When does that ever happen?! Mercedes Exclusively has won my future business! I highly recommend this shop.

Fair prices, Owner is honest about the repairs and services he can provide. Got Service B done with him and got my car back in less than 2 hours. There are nice coffee shops nearby to chill while you wait.

Took my Mercedes in for a service, I thought I needed a new engine, Tony is an honest mechanic. Turned out that I was low in oil. He could have been deceitful about it, and I would of ended up with a $5k bill. Left there with a bill of $299, unbelievable! Thank you Tony! Wish there were more honest Master techs like him.

I found this shop about 6 + years ago when I was looking for a second opinion on a cracked steering rack. Tony s quote was about 60% the cost at the dealership and the shop had great reviews so on we went with the start of what has now been a long-term carelationship! I ve been bringing my car to Tony s shop ever since. About a year ago I moved about 20 miles further in East Bay but I still bring my car to Mercedez Exclusively.

I wish I could give Tony a TEN STARS or more. ... Tony is GREAT! He is such an HONEST soul! He offers way cheaper price than dealer s, yet HIGHER quality as well as BETTER service. He doesn t do anything UNNECESSARY on my car and he gives me great advices! His honesty is incredible! He has his own belief. He insisted that I could wait till I drove four thousand miles before next service, although it meant couple of years waiting because I don t drive a lot. Even though I drove my car to his body shop a couple of times, he sent me back home. He has saved me a lot of money! He is genuinely nice and generous! He answers my questions right away. Once I asked him about the sign of ! lighting up, and he asked me to drive over to show him. He inspected it and made sure nothing to worry. Another time, I asked him about squeaking sound happened when I drove down the flower street in SF. He immediately told me that I should not worry because the brake life of my car still remains high. And he explained patiently to me about how the squeaking sound possibly made. Those were all free of charge. He has professional ethics! Recently, I asked him about Audis. Even though I wanted to pay him to check our car, he honestly told me that he was not an expert on it, so he didn t want to misguide me. I trust Tony!!! Thank you Tony!!! (Sorry for the long review and this is the first review in my life)

Its been a while since I brought my car there, but I think its fair to say, that w/o Tony, I would have had to dump my old 400E long time ago. Not only does he know what hes doing, but hes also reasonable about what needs to be done and what doesnt make economical sense anymore. Thanks Tony!

Tony is a great mechanic. He worked on my car that had intermittent shutdown issue. He had narrowed down to possible gas pump issue but my gas pump was replaced with a new one 3 months ago by a local dealership.So I suggested him to order another one to check it out. He did and found out the connection to gas pump is loose while he was trying to take the bad one out. So he plugged in the connector firmly and resolved the issue for me. He is such a great guy!

No wonder there are such good reviews. Tony not only has more reasonable rates than the other well rated workshops that I contacted but is also scrupulously honest. My Dads C230 2004 Kompressor was showing check engine light and needed to pass the smog test. Other workshops quoted about $800 to replace the mass air flow sensor and said this has a good chance of fixing the problem (but no guarantees.) Tony is the only one who alerted me to a company sponsored free repair of a problem solenoid which could be leaking oil and causing the problem. We had this free repair done at the nearby authorized dealership. Then Tony reset the car computer so the warning light went off. And presto! The car cleared the smog test. Tony had plenty of opportunities to charge us for this or that work on the car, but didnt do so (other workshops had listed many needed repairs that he told us werent really necessary.) Plus he spent time hearing us out and offering his thoughts. Where do you find honest and attentive people like this? Well use him for all our future maintenance needs too.

Tony and his crew does only Mercedes as the name implies and they are great. No need to worry about the quality or being ripped off just because you bought a german car. Been working with Tony for years. Given him All star rating consistently on yelp. I trust him (based on several incidents on how he treated me and my car as a customer rather than my wallet as his customer) and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Beshoff quoted me 8K for a few minor fixes on my SL500. These guys did it for a third of the price and pointed out where Beshoff wanted to do some unnecessary work. I was very happy with their prompt service and I will be bringing all my other benz to them !

He will explain whats wrong with your car, how long it will take and whether its worth salvaging any defects of your car or not. This shop is always busy because people mustve trusted them. Tony and his team are honest, courteous, and effective. I ve never known a mechanic to be so approachable and accommodating. I have taken my late model Mercedes to Tony 4 times over the past 2or3 years for various issues caused by my aggressive driving blunders. Each time I interact with Tony, he reminds me of a small town pediatrician: he remembers my name, my car, and my past visits. Best of all, he is honest and has not tried to upsell me! Recently I began shopping for a new SUV and Tony has given me great recommendations. He informed me about years/models I should avoid and some I should seriously consider. That intel is incredibly useful. Bottom line, Tony s goal is to get your car properly fixed, treat you with respect, and back on the road. Because of him, I am looking for a new Mercedes. I dread the thought of having to deal with anyone but him.

Best experience I have had after owning 6 MBs over the last 15 years that were all dealer bought and serviced in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and East Bay. Currently own a 2007 CLS63 AMG and was blown away by my first time experience working with Tony. His knowledge, advice, guidance and follow-up on what needed to done and what could wait was the most impressive. All the reviews by other customers are all spot on -- If you are in the Bay Area and own a MB this is where you need to bring it to get it taken care off.
