Very bad service! Asked to have my exhaust welded they agreed to finish at the same day! Didn't even informed me that they couldn't finish my part. Very rude guy wouldn't even give me part back i had to ask multiple times for it! Will not recommend this place. Communication is the key

Great auto care to handle issues with your car. I received an immediate response to my request and was able to make an appointment at a very convenient time for me. They know how to take care of their customers and provide high quality service for a very reasonable price! I don’t think I will look for another place next time. Highly recommend!

My car’s exhaust hanger rusted and detached. Owen fixed it nicely and quickly. Staffs are very friendly and honest about the price. It was a very pleasant experience to have my car fixed here.

I dont usually right reviews unless the service is super good (or super bad), in this case the former, of course! Steve serviced my 2017 LandRover discovery which needed a complete pad/rotor/sensor brake job, front and back as well as a major coolant leak inside the engine block (not an easy job). I was quite nervous going in especially on the 2nd item (the leak) given that they are a new business and because I knew it would be a complex job. He did a great jobbed issues have been resolved. On top of that they gave ma 2year/24K mile warranty on everything (which is better than the LR dealer would do). Val who is in charge of the front desk operations also did an incredible job of keeping me in the loop with everything. She even drove 2 hours to get a last-minute part that was needed in order to ensure that the car would be ready on time. I know the brake job would have been 2.5x more expensive at the dealer (I had their estimate), and I am guessing the leak would have also been a similar ratio. Could not recommend these guys enough. Thank you guys!

I had shocks, struts, a wheel alignment and rotation of tires done here. I was thrilled to find such a great place around the corner from home. Val and Steve were very attentive and Steve is a great mechanic! He's also offers competitive pricing. As a woman, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to. I searched several shops in the area and Freedom not only offered the best deal, they're also a pleasure to deal with.
