The first company said that there wasnt an issue (they refused to wait 20 minutes to see if the unit would fail). The second group acknowledged the issue but said it was unfixable. I used Air Blue based on a friend, and Sergei and his team are the best in the business. From day 1, Sergei was transparent about options and pricing. He also one of the few companies where he is both the Rep and the installer. His team was great, very professional during the installation process. He took his time to answer all my questions, and provided more detail on the different options than any other HVAC company. The attention to detail, and the follow thru on communication is excellent. If he was going to run late, he let me know. Many of these vendors now lack on communication, but Sergei was great - returning calls and texts immediately, at all hours of the day. He came up with a solution for a prior inaccessible unit without compromising efficiency or the hassle of me having to employ another trade. I used them back in March 2024, so here s my review for that first visit. Sergei was amazing! He explained everything in terms that was easy to understand and walked me through his diagnostics each step of the way. If you like knowing how things work, and full transparency, he is your guy! He worked with my needs and budget, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything extra. Will definitely use his company again! Then I used them again just this past week in May. Sure enough I knew I had to use them again because my unit is over 25 years old. After Sergei s first visit he had warned me that my unit could malfunction again after fixing all the little things from his visit in March, and it did. He and his team gave a very competitive price for replacing our entire HVAC system and did it the next day. Very professional and friendly. I am very happy with the result. Can t go wrong with a true variable speed unit because of its efficiency, size, and how quiet it is! Not only is the product amazing but his service and honesty is top notch. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. I definitely recommend this company!

I enjoyed working with Sergei. Our single-stage HVAC blower burned out. Sergei quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a quote. He took time to point out some of the installation issues he saw on my system as well as talking to me about whole system replacements, benefits such as lower noise levels and greater comfort, and costs. From his explanations, I could see that he does thorough installations including sealing, insulating, and sound deadening materials, if you want those extras. Sergei also pointed out several DIY things I could do to improve the efficiency and noise levels of my current, single-stage setup. For the time being, I went with the blower/capacitor replacement and an overflow sensor per his recommendation but will strongly consider him in the future if I decide to upgrade the whole system.

Called company, had used Sergei in the past for service. Air conditioner was not reaching cooling temperature. He tried to fix by adding Freon, apparently some restriction causing Freon flow.and higher pressure. He explained our options which were disappointing, needing a new AC unit (ours is 25 years old.) He was very patient and professional in explaining our situation. Will definitely consider using him to replace our unit.

I was changing out my AC/Furnace systems, and Sergei was very professional in terms of helping me with design, and recommending the best option based on my existing system/ducts. After many iterations of scope changes, Sergei was patient and accommodating (I do not want to aggressively open up walls for additional grilles), and provided the least obtrusive option/solution with a competitive price. Furthermore, Sergeis 2 installers (Valdim and Sergei brothers, a different Sergei than the owner), did an excellent and high quality 2-day job finishing the removal of the old systems, unclogging all drain lines, and installing/testing the new systems. Valdim is super knowledgeable and super polite; he always finds time to explain to me how system works, show me the issues he found and solutions he applied. He and his brother definitely did a super high quality job throughout, and I cannot be more happier with their services. Highly recommended!!!

Have been using this company for a very long time. They are reliable and honest. We used them last week to see what was wrong with our AC unit, then found out it broke! Right before summer starting! Our AC needed to be replaced during the start of the summer heat! With our 10 month old, we wanted to replace our AC as soon as possible. We reached out to four HVAC companies and Air Blue HVAC had the best price for AC and gas furnace and also had the most efficient system (18 SEER). The next lowest price was a 15 SEER unit. We also had insulation done recently and when Sergei checked the attic, he noticed that the ductwork supply flow boxes werent insulated. He and his team insulated those for us for free! Air Blue HVAC scheduled the work to be done the next week. They got to our home right on time in the morning and started right away. The team worked very efficiently, made sure to clean up before and after. They were very nice, knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done in a day. I would highly recommend Air Blue for all HVAC needs and will definitely use them again if needed.

The gentlemen arrived on time, took great effort to protect my floors, worked all day (12 hours!) and cleaned up as if they d never been there. Nice guys. A pleasure to have around.

He quoted me a price that was much lower then my best bid from the top Orange County HVAC firms (and yes, I interviewed 4 different 5 star rated companies). Sergai explained everything in great detail but didnt lose me. The job was scheduled 4 days after meeting him and completed in the scheduled time. The unit works great, the attention to detail on the new install components is amazing, and he did it all at the best price.

Very professional team, hardworking and knowledgeable. No hidden fees, problem solving, they went far and beyond to get the job done well. They are at the top of their professional community. I would say it is not worth to take quotas from other companies, you just loose time, but if you just want to make sure that you will spend your money well, please consider them when you prospect the market for a new HVAC system. I went with American Standard Platinum 19 Ultra efficiency, double unit 4T each and it is a huge difference in the quality of the air filtration, circulation, consistency and efficiency. Good luck!

Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. DId a good job. instaling my HVAC. A plumber who cam over after noticed that the new part they added to my drain pipe was loose. My home is also more humid now than it used to be - especially when I have my heat on. Could be issues with how well my new HVAC drains, but still investigating this.

Sergi did a fantastic job helping me to diagnose my HVAC issue. He found my coil to have a leak and was able to replace the faulty coil through the manufacturers warranty. I had several HVAC companies look at my system but Sergi was the most pragmatic and straightforward with my issue and wasnt trying to sell me on unnecessary fixes. His team was also great at quickly installing the new coil and even took the time to clean up and test my system as well. Sergi was also good with following up and giving me updates on when his team would arrive at my residence for appointments and service. I would recommend Air Blue HVAC for anyone with HVAC issues.

My thermostat detected an e183 error and was not working. I notified HVAC Of the problem and Sergei came promptly the next morning to troubleshoot. Sergei did a great job fixing my HVAC problem for my personal home. Had another company that came prior to perform the diagnosis. I thought that other company diagnosis wasnt right. Called Sergei to get 2nd opinion and he fixed the problem on the spot. We have used him multiple times with other properties and always had good experience with him. Sergei is the best! Super honest with his advise and if he tells you you need something, he s trying to help you out. From the few air containing specialists I have worked with, he is a lonely number 1. I apologize in advance to other companies.

Sergei answered when I called, and came out first thing Monday morning. I told him what was happening, he looked over my HVAC system and told me it might be a couple things (that could add up quickly) but to start with a Freon recharge and go from there. He gave me a lot of good information and when I was confused he broke it down more simply for me. I will call Air Blue again as needed for HVAC maintenance.

My old AC and heating system was showing its age. I also wanted a new system to be installed in the attic to reduce the noise in the house and free up much needed space in my hall closet. I contacted Air Blue HVAC. I met with Sergei who came out, explained the work he does and what he could do for me. He offered me four options to choose from with very fair pricing. We agreed on a system, his team came out and installed the system over the next three days. His team was on time every day, very professional, respectful and attentive if I asked any questions during the installation. I cannot recommend Air Blue HVAC enough. Well worth the investment.

Professional...Friendly...Knowledgeable...But most importantly, Trustworthy. My A/C recently had an issue in the middle of the summer and it was not giving us cold air. Lucky for me, I found Air Blue HVAC (Changed name recently). Sergei came over and he came exactly at the time that they said he would show up. When he came in, he was very friendly and professional. He looked at the system and the unit and identified the problem quickly. The capacitor needed to be replaced. I have had bad experiences with AC repair companies in the past where they were clearly up charging you for maybe things you maybe didnt need to do right at the moment. Lets be real, in today economy, nobody has $10000 sitting around to change our AC system. Sergei identified the problem and fixed it and it didnt cost very much. He also checked out our entire system and showed me things that I should consider keeping an eye on. Sergei was very trustworthy and professional. If I have any issues or when I eventually have my AC serviced again, I will definitely call out Air Blue HVAC for assistance!

Called Air Blue HVAC after using the other guys who just replaced this and that and never actually got to a root cause for our furnace woes. Sergei was incredibly thorough (I work in HVAC so I can attest to his thoroughness). After having him come out and look at our old gas furnace it became clear that it had the potential to burn up a lot of our hard earned money while requiring us to layer to stay warm inside. Not only did Sergeis team replace our furnace, they gave us better airflow and insulated and sealed the entire closet so the system would run more efficiently. Even better, when I booked them to replace the furnace, he had no room and put us 8 days out, but when a spot opened up, he called me immediately to tell me the good news. It was great working with Sergei. His team worked hard to install new furnace, compressor, coil and compact HVAC unit. They insulated the area around the furnace and did a thorough inspection of our duct work prior to the quote. I felt that Sergei was honest, with good history of workmanship, and not pushy. Price was reasonable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. When comparing the equipment, it was similar quality to the highest cost company. His team worked hard for entire 10 hrs to install our system. Overall a great experience and will recommend him to my friends.

They are responsive, punctual and very professional. Sergei showed up on time for our failed furnace. He tested all the sensors, clearly demonstrated which part had failed causing the open-circuit (circuit board) and replaced it quickly and efficiently. Pricing was also reasonable. We had Air Blue HVAC install central A/C and replaced the old furnace at our house in Cerritos including all new vent ducts. We are completely satisfied with how all phases of this process went. Sergei came to our house and went through various options with us, giving both pros and cons of each. He helped us reach the decision that was best for our particular situation, and didn t try to talk us into unnecessary options. Air Blue s price for our particular choice was hundreds of dollars less than bids we received from other vendors. The two gentlemen who came to do the install were friendly, professional and helpful. A+++ service and installation. The whole process was quick and easy. Our furnace stopped heating in our rental, the part was back ordered +45 days, the HVAC was 32 years old. Time to replace. Very straight forward setup I had, easy to swap. I called about 10 companies, all of them either tried to say my setup was a mess, under powered, I needed to covert to heat pumps and go all electric as CA banned gas furnaces in 2030. I heard it all. Finally I called Air Blue, I explained what I had and the location of each. He said sounds like a standard replacement. He quoted me over the phone, which was a fair price. He told me to watch his online videos which I did. The following week I called to setup an appointment, he came onsite to provide final quote which didn t change. Next day they did the install.

I received an estimate from Home Depot for Furnace Replacement and decided to get a second estimate. Found HVAC on Yelp and took a chance. Very glad I found HVAC. Sergey came to our home within a day to provide a very thorough assessment, review of options. Due to his low price, I decided to get an AC estimate as well. He spent an hour answering questions about our install and equipment options. Once I selected the equipment, Sergey provided same week installation options. The HVAC crew, 4 person team was consistently on time, did an incredible job installing the heater, AC, over 50 Feet of Electrical Line through second story attic and insulation. The attention to detail to detail from keeping every thing in our home clean to insulating the Furnace Enclosure to keep the sound very low. The results have been outstanding. They even replaced our air vent covers without charging to make it look extra nice. Also, we got a 5 ton duel AC unit installed in addition to the heater replacement a price similar to cost of just the heater replacement from the Home Depo Vendor. They were amazing. My home is all electric, so when my HVAC system broke down, it meant my heating and AC stopped working. Terrible timing as it went from heat wave to freezing within the same week and, of course, I was definitely feeling it in my home. Anyway, they ended being the most competitively priced (I looked into a few companies, and they by far were the most affordable). In addition, Sergei was incredibly kind, responsive, and informative. They had to completely remove my compressor (which had died) and fully refill the refrigerant among other things. He also offered one flat price regardless of how many more hiccups they had (Im sure there are limits to it, but they changed, replaced and/or refilled everything for my unit including the filter, capacitor, compressor plug, etc.). That was a relief as its a steep cost so it removed the stress of me worrying that they will find more issues. They started the job around 10 am and finished at 3 pm... working diligently and also patiently waiting/testing to make sure the heat and cooling systems were working. I also highly appreciated that they brought house shoes to wear over their shoes when entering my home. I didnt even have to ask them (which is nice since I have a no shoes on the carpet home). They also left my backyard just as clean as when they found it, and trust me... at one point there were parts and tools all other my patio.
