Batteries here don t last long and they won t honor their warranties. Buy your batteries from a reputable place that will honor their warranties.

Showed up during business hours (3:10pm on a Thursday) and they were closed Said they d return at 3, but nope.

Memorial Day, lawn mower wouldn t fire up. I called a few places for batteries and this is the only place open for the day. The staff member was very courteous over the phone and even checked the inventory to ensure my batteries are in stock. Also let me know it s next to Hobby Lobby so I do t have to look for it. Took me less than 10 minutes because it s holiday. The directions helped a lot and I find it right away. Two old batteries in, two brand new one come with me home. Easy. Very nice shop. It s got the car remote fob programming services too. I think I will be here again soon.

Had an old phone with dead battery (LG G8 ThinQ) that needed a battery replacement, and saw on a forum somewhere where someone recommended Batteries Plus for reasonable pricing. I got the battery replaced for $66 or so using an aftermarket battery since the OEM no longer made them, definitely worth it in my opinion! Ordered a Optima Battery and waited two weeks and I called (they never called me) and still no battery. Said he would follow up and still nothing.

Recommend going to any batteries plus besides this one. I ve bought lots of batteries to find out this is the only batteries plus with a ONE WEEK core return while the other battery plus s offer BEYOND A YEAR. Business to business this is terrible practice. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

I brought in a car battery for warranty. I knew the battery was dead and told the store manager. She initially told me she needed to run a 2-3 hour charge cycle to test the battery. She later changed that to requiring over 24 hours for the charge and test. Sure enough, after the 24 hours, that battery failed and was warrantied. If BPB had the proper battery load test equipment, or an associate willing to do more to help, the test could have been done in under 10 minutes. I had to drive a considerable distance to get this warranty taken care of... twice. also, who doesnt have their store computer systems tied together, and to internet sales. what year is this? Never, ever buying here again.

If you re coming here for phone repair, get the device checked out first. My phone wouldn t charge anymore and this shop wanted $160 up front to order the part. My phone also got accidentally dropped during the evaluation. Decided to wait and took it somewhere else. They cleaned off the pins in the charging port and now it works like new. Take your phone somewhere impartial before a repair shop

The Santa Ana store carries a wide array of auto batteries, I was in need of a unique battery with high AHrs, they carried what I needed in stock, I could not find any locally, they had it, and got me on the road. I also needed some marine battery knowledge, the man that helped me was very knowledgeable, explained all options, and the solutions. he spent a considerable amount of time with me and printed those options out, made notes on them, so I could come to my conclusion as to what to purchase in the future. Great experience

I was searching for a local business where I could buy SIX (yes SIX!) 6V batteries for a Cushman Titan. Most places I found online were at least three weeks lead time. The other local big battery places I found were all closed on Sundays. I found Batteries Plus Bulbs and was at first surprised they really carried this battery. Its massive... Think 60 pound shoebox. The owner happened to be there, and he was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. After a quick transaction he even loaded these beasts into the bed of the truck for me. Thank you! I purchased replacement UPS batteries on line and then went to the store to pick them up. I brought my old batteries that they were happy to recycle. The salesperson noticed that the batteries I had selected were the same as the ones I was returning and changed the order to the correct ones! Needed a specific battery on a short timeline for a Land Cruiser build that I was working on. I called the Santa Ana location of Batteries+Bulbs and was greeted by Ramez, who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable and answered all my questions promptly. Once I selected the battery, I came into the store and had a smooth pickup experience. Now that the X2 Power Group 27F AGM is installed it is as though this 20 year old vehicle sprung back to life. JUNK car batteries. Bought an AGM thinking it would last longer, big mistake it seems. Had a work trip lasting a month so I disconnected the neg battery terminal. Play it safe as always. Come home and the battery walls are concave and wont start. Take it in and its sitting at 8v, extremely confused. A 6 MONTH OLD battery like that fails, standing idle for a month. Ive ran traditional autozone batterys the same with out ever needed a jump or recharge. Best part, you sadly guess it, warranty doesnt cover it. Freaken embarrassing, honestly. Junk battery with terrible quality control.

Battery is good. $311 for a battery and it s warranty for 5 years. It is ok but not cheap. I am not happy with the owner of the store. After he installed the battery for my 4Runner, he ignored to place the cap back to cover the positive pole of the battery. It s not important to cover it, he said. But if it is not important then why Toyota Manufacture made this cap to cover the positive pole of the battery for ? He did not try to find someway to plug back the cover for positive pole after he installed battery and he just walked away even I asked him couple of times. Is for real ?

I would never buy a battery from this place that are crooks I purchased a battery for my trailer and it worked great for 2 months and then I suddenly got a message from my trailer tracker that battery was low so I went to look at it and it was completely dead this is a box trailer with nothing that draws power and it somehow died over night after being fully charged two weeks prior and this place won t warrant the battery that is totall bs don t buy from here they don t back their warranty

Competitive price, but store clerk would not issue full credit amount for core charge of battery turned in. Upgraded from Group 27 (core charge $18) to Group 31 (core charge $27). They only gave me $9 back after I argued when they said I would get $0 back because it was a different size battery! So It cost me additional $9 over quoted price since I should have gotten $18 back. The store owner, Ramez, contacted me the day after leaving this review to offer me the additional $9 refund! So I am revising my review from 2 Stars to 5 Stars for the excellent customer service!

You carry the brand of batteries that I was looking for but was twice told the shipment didnt deliver. I dont blame the store in Santa Ana but was annoyed that it took almost another week.

Clean Well organized store. Great Customer support. Disassembled my battery pack and put the two new batteries in. Total time less than 3 minutes. Their prices are a bit on the high side (not like going to Walmart or Target), but you are paying for them having obscure batteries that might otherwise be difficult to find.

Went there for a copy of my car key fob. Had to drive to the store a 1st time so they can verify the key fob and apparently they had to double check with the manufacturer or someone to see if the store staff will be able to program the copy fob on-site. After confirming they can, I had to drive again to the store a 2nd time to order in person the key fob. I paid $200 and they told me that in 2-3 business days they will have the key fob in the store. Almost 2 weeks and $200 later Im still waiting for the part to arrive at the store so I can go a 3rd time to the store so they can program the key fob to my car. Very inefficient and slow service.

I was very satisfied with the service, the call to let me know that it would take one week to have the battery there for pick up. They helped me with taking the battery out to the car and were very nice. I would recommend them to others , definitely.

Great customer service and great value on there batteries. So fast and easy to get a car battery. Pricing/quality of battery was better than Pepboys, Autozone, etc.. Never thought of getting a car battery from them? Install was free and fast. They have my future business on all my battery needs!
