Joanna has been helpful since the beginning to the end with filling out the paperwork, working with my insurance, and giving me regular updates on my car, the auto body workers managed to make my car look like it was brand new. I absolutely love this body shop! They really take care of their customers, their goal is seriously customer satisfaction. Ruby is amazing, helpful, and is on top of giving you updates about the work being done to your vehicle. I recommend this place 1000%. I would not take any of my vehicles anywhere other than real auto body.. I’ve been here 4 times already. Their work is beautiful, you will not be disappointed in their work or customer service!

You are always a little nervous when you take your car to a repair shop and wonder how the experience is going to be…but I have to admit the staff at Real Auto Body, especially Joanna C. make you feel at ease. Joanna was kind, courteous and hospitable. She offered water and just made the process of checking in my car really painless. Even the rental on of one of their cars was handle with ease. I was in and out within 20/30 minutes and driving back home in one of their Honda rentals….later on I exchanged it for a Tesla rental and no problem in switching out the cars. Joanna, would text message updates on the status of the repairs and kept me informed on what to expect next….which I greatly appreciate. The customer service is amazing!!! My Tesla was repaired in the approximate time they had informed me of originally and was in great shape, the car looked better than brand new! Their work is amazing and I highly recommend you coming for auto body repairs to your vehicle. They made this process so simple and easy for me from the day I reached out, got my car picked up and switched with a rental, to weekly updates and car being done within a month. Superb job, Excellent service, Response time, Great Communication, Speedy turnarounds with updates on the stage of repairs. Ruby was my point of contact, very friendly and displayed stellar customer service. She explained step by step the process to me which made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with the repair shop to handle both my gieco insurance and repairs on the cars. I also had other had other damages to the car unrelated to the insurance claim and they were very transparent about the cost of repairs, I decided not to purchase a new replacement part however they insisted on finding me an alternative option free of charge. Im super satisfied with this repair shop and the team. Upon pick up, they did a stunning job cleaning interior and exterior of my car. Love how it turned out. Feels like a brand new car.
