Brought my car for an alternator change, Pablo was super helpful and attentive, made sure to give me updates about my car. In all, the customer experience was great. Definitely will recommend!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I showed up at closing time in the middle of a crazy storm with my 11 year old who is autistic and was having some major anxiety trying to deal with the craziness of car trouble , a crazy storm and the interruption of his routine.... All around ridiculous and scary situation for a single mom with no mechanical skills , very little money, and no one to call for help to find herself in. Not only did Pablo stay open late for a complete stranger he also made sure we made it home safe. Genuinely decent people who go out of their way to help someone when there's nothing to gain and it means having to work late just don't seem to exist anymore ... However I found one today. He didn't have to stay open and help, most places probably wouldn't even have answered the call let alone say yes....all I can say is I'm so impressed with the way I was treated that I will never take my car anywhere else they made a loyal lifetime client of me today. That level of customer service is what evey business should strive for. The gratitude and relief I feel right now is overwhelming, I don't know what I would have done otherwise....it is because of this place that my son and I are home safe tonight.

This man is the worst person I met, I went there a couple months ago and he really charged me a high price for just the brake pad. I can't believe I wasted my time. He over charges people a lot, I know this for a fact. Also, while I was waiting my sister in law was getting hit on at the same time, he was looking at her chest too much. This place has no standard and by any means is not professional at all. I will not recommend going here at all.

Took my 2016 Yukon in because a lifter went out in my engine and I didn’t want to replace the whole engine. Not only did they find the one that went out they found 2 others that were bent and about to go out too AND that my brake pads had to be changed out. Now that I’ve got my Yukon back it drives smoother than the day I bought it! They saved me money & time because he saw something more and asked if he could address the issue before it caused some real damage. I’ve taken my vehicles to other shops in town but from now on I’m only trusting JP’s with all my vehicles! Thanks guys!!

You can't really trust any mechanic, but JP's garage is one of the most trustworthy, honest, and fair mechanic shop you'll fine. I'm glad I took my car to the shop. Had me back on the road as soon as possible. I highly recommend them !
