Small town small minded manager wouldn't return brake pads that were new in box. Took to another location got my money back no questions asked. Never again will I step foot in this location.

Jesus the Manager is rude, disrespectful and ignorant. Dont shop here. My father in law walked in to purchase parts and as soon as he walked in he told my in law in a strong tone your not getting warrenty. My in law paid for the part and walked out.
I'm usually an AutoZone buyer but sometimes AutoZone doesn't always have the product that you're looking for in stock they would have to order it so I tried O'Reilly's one time and they had the part there the same day and it was about 20 bucks cheaper then the other store. But in some cases O'Reilly doesn't have the product you're looking for and the other store does so it's like an either or type of thing. But O'Reilly's is awesome place too very friendly people
I'm very helpful staff and they were able to test my battery and alternator. Luckily I figured out the solution and they recommended something that would definitely benefit me and my car. Great location and it's fairly close to the outlets of town.
Ordered my parts I was told to come in on Monday, part was not there. Told me to comeback Tuesday still not there, they said it might get there on Wednesday i showed up Thursday, the parts still not there. My customer is thinking not too highly of me at this point. Your manager tells me my part was sent back because it was damaged freight also tells me someone didn't reorder my part, then your store manager asked me why I didn't order a new part vs a rebuild, now I'm starting to feel that the delay in parts delivery is my fault. Is this what you call customer service!? I don't like people trying to gaslight me, that's rude and unacceptable behavior I feel like I'm being clowned on by your store manager and his peanut gallery entourage. Somebody needs to clean house at your sanger store. P.S. autozone is exactly the same, you don't deserve the star I gave you, man do I feel better now. Thanks for the experience. The part and question was a Master Cylinder.
