Missing Right shoe slipper. (Clearance) Bought gift game and it didn't even come with all the pieces. Ugh a trip back to Marshalls

Great selection of clothing, household goods, women's apparel and accessories, cologne for men and women, and tons and tons of stuff more. Great clean store. I only wish that there were other men's pants styles other than skinny leg.
Disgusting. I bought a hair brush on clearance. I assumed that it was an item the store was trying to get rid of for new shipment or something (?). It was a dollar off. Not like I was getting a steal. I didn’t notice until I went home and took it out the package there was hair all in the brush. Gray and black hair with dandruff in it. One question: “Y’all couldn’t have at least clean this filthy nasty dirty brush???” Before reselling it to someone. The BARE minimum is to make me not question hygiene. So now, I’m also more concerned and questioning the bloodborne pathogen risk these eyebrow razors I bought here too. I know what not to buy here now. I would show a picture but I’m so nauseated to even touch the brush again.
Marshalls was so so we went to see where we were getting but when we got to the checkouts they had big lines when we were paying they got like four associates to run the registers but as we were paying I saw that as soon as the social is finished with the customers in front of us one of them took off the other one started talking and the other ones had to change registers The lines were still big I just think that they need to work better on their lines their customers service in the friend registers
Great service, patience helped me the most and explain the TJX card really well although I didn’t get one because they’re useless I appreciate her being very respectful to me.
Lovely, clean, good vibes, plenty of selection on many items. Could only stay a a moment but I loved what I saw. Thank you. Oh, store is pet friendly; Always a bonus in my mind. ♡♡♡
I go here for nearly all my clothing needs, the selection is massive and high quality with good prices. The staff is also very friendly and kind. However, the store itself is pretty disorganized. With such a great variety that's understandable, but it takes a very long time to find what you're looking for sometimes, even a staff member was unable to offer insight into where something was!
I love it, they always have an infinite variety of items and the cashiers are very friendly.

Usually one of the cleaner ones that I ve been to.
Cashier was strange, lacks social skills. Dirty look and weird comment on what I purchased. Can tell she had 3+ years off on unemployment. Hire people with social skills. Store is small and crowded. Prices on same items are up-charged here in comparison to Santa Cruz marshalls (not sure why? Considering sand city is dirty. Santa Cruz is a way nicer area so if prices are going to vary by location sand city should be the LAST location to increase prices just because you re near a beach doesn t make it a nice area).
There is a lot of household stuff in this store.some clothes and toys.stuff nobody buys in other stores,some good,some not so.mostly nice .

The Santa Cruz Marshalls looks like the aftermath of a 4 party rummage sale. We actually drive to Sand City to shop this immaculately clean, well stocked, impeccably managed store. Friendly, helpful, associates who actually seem to enjoy their work are everywhere.

*edited 1/31/24. This store is still one of my tops, Nor Cal Marshalls. This Marshalls is the best store in Nor Cal. Shoe designers incl the oadt included Carlos Santana, Jessica Simpson, MiDig deep for heavily marked down clearance items. Today was a good day to visit this location again

I hit Marshalls for pet supplies and snacks for them same stuff as target,Walmart or pet fun but way cheaper Its a winwin u wont dent the pocket
I always find the store super stocked, and as one side, this Costco is the perfect text to spend leaving Costco hahaha

The store was not well stocked.
I asked the first employee for a Squishymallow and she took me right to my choices. It was a pleasure to have excellent customer service! Another employee even told me they are selling them at Costco if I wanted more choices!

Im getting Marshalls for stars because this store now has become what is a truly valued store you can find prices way lower than department and you can find stuff even cheaper than the online sites for name brand stuff I was able to go in there and get a name brand cologne and name Van sunglasses for about cheaper than I could even get them online sometimes theyre availability of stock is very low so we have to hit them on a good day which I dont have any information on. I got to stress to you that there are not a lot of plus size mens in stock usually when I go there which is unfortunate theres no 3x or anything size of past 15 shoe which is actually sad because there are big people in the world management gave me a refund on my gift card to the fact that I couldnt find anything in my size and I really appreciate that too thank you

Found some good household things but limited clothing for Men. Less lines in Marshalls as Ross store in Sand City has long lines and they ate slow to checknout.
Usually I like ,shopping Marshalls. Not this store. The store employees seem very unhappy. as if I was putting them out when you asked him where something was... Cashier was it much happier...

A waste of my time. Could find any dress shirts for men. 1/2 the store was full of womens clothing. I did see a few mens apparel items for well over $100 bucks, are you kidding me? Macys is way over priced, but why should Marshalls!

Great Womans clothes, hardly any XXL Mens Shirts.Told teller we changed our minds on a few items, but she ended up charging us anyways.
This store does not have a lot of variety when it comes to sizes.
I went in to buy some super cheap $20 shoes to use when taking out the dog or gardening. I was surprised to see some old school Pumas and Adidas. They even had these new versions of Superstar Adidas for $34.99. I didnt get them since I already have a pair but there was some good finds here!
You guys should change the time the phone says because it says 9:30 and I went at 8:00 and there were closing. People are gonna get confused so you should really change your time.
Arrived at store at 8:15 on a Saturday and it was closed. All 12 arriving cars had to leave but online store hours show close at 9:30pm.
I found very nice things for my baby at a good price and the service in those stores is very good.
Love marshalls , its a great place to go when youre just browsing and dont have a specific item in mind , youll find great deals on well known name brands
I Marshalls. My favorite place to get something new at a great price. Seaside store is very clean. Staff is friendly. Parking is easy and, of course, Marshalls is Marshalls! Full of great finds in clothing, shoes, accessories and household goods.

I love going here. I always find something I cant live without. Today I got a pair of shoes for $15.00. Ok,I wear kids shoes but dont judge, LOL. I get coffee pods there too. I like to spoil myself there. Great deals.

I love Marshalls so much!! They have such amazing stuff for such good prices! Their mens tees are very cute and have great quality to lounge around in or to wear out. They have amazing styles in clothing, like their midi skirts. Amazing prices for amazing things.

Shop here occasionally. The Sand City store is much much better than the one in Salinas. Store is clean & organized; cashiers do a great job & are always pleasant, no matter how long the checkout line is. Love the seasonal items selections & linens & housewares. Have also purchased shoes & purses here. Store is very convenient & close to Costco, just a stroll across the parking lot. Theres always plenty of parking, even during the holiday shopping period. Recommend this store over Salinas anytime.
We only came in for luggage bags and they didnt have much!
