AutoZone Auto Parts in San Pedro

I went in looking for spark plugs for my car. I went towards the front and seen a worker and asked if he can help me, but instead of helping he had said that he was doing a plano? Whatever that means but didn’t even direct me to get help at all, I believe his name was Marvin or Martin. Jose welcomed me and helped me out with my sparks plug, as a worker should be doing. Overall experience went well.

My experience at this auto one was so much more than I can ask for. I went in needing a new battery for my car a 2021 bronco and the manage Joel Galva G. Was Amazing! Not only did he help me pick the right battery but he help me take the old one out and put the new one in. You should have seen him he went above and beyond to help me. He had to YouTube it and success under 15 minutes I had my car up and running like new! Thank you so much this is my favorite Autozone hands down!

Came In on January 26 on a Sunday my dad asked a question in Spanish and the workers that were working started laughing. And they kept telling each other “you go no you go “ like is this a racist place ?!? And they were no help at all !!! Worst experience ever !!!!! One with glasses another blond dude n another dude w short black hair chunkey Smh very rude to laugh at people that can’t speak English!!!

This staff Randal R. was so supportive and comforting. When my anxiety about potentially having to change my breaks hit the roof, he was proactive in calming me down and changed my light bulbs while making jokes and just being cool and collected. It might be a small issue to many but I don't know jack about cars so of course I freaked out when I was stopped by so many drivers on the road about my break lights. Randal had a smile the entire time and tried his best with my trunk full of junks and did his job. Thank you for providing that emotional support I didn't even know I needed. You are awesome. Keep on being that awesome and amazing 👏🏾 🙌 ✨️

Louis Mendoza was extremely helpful with assisting me in the removal of my old battery and selecting the correct tools to use

Let me first of all, start out by saying. I've been going to this autozone for over 15 years. The service has always been great. Would like to do a shout out to a young man named Sunny He always way above the Call of Duty to help the customer very professional. Very friendly. he me install my battery. and car wipers on 2 different occasions. I think he's an excellent employee...

I went in today to get parts and Randall helped me, he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the right parts, he even carried them to the car for me. His customer service was Phenomenal. I will definitely return back because of the experience.

Look what I found at O Reillys. I suggest you stock up on some. 😂 It can't be that uncommon right? If so then, it's time to shop somewhere else.
