David helped me from start to finish for 2 of my vehicles back to back! The quick service and real time updates were something I really appreciated! Trust worthy guys that get the job done fast!!!!

I expected to be given a high quote because I am a Woman older woman at that however to my surprise I was treated with respect and quoted a very reasonable price , I had the work done and I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome. Pacific Body Shop has exceeded my expectations the staff is very knowledgeable as they are friendly, I truly enjoyed the story about the father and uncle absolutely amazing. I Totally recommend Pacific Body Shop you Can’t go wrong.

Fantastic service by Mike Safar! He is by far the best person to take care of anything related to a car. Super knowledgeable and efficient. He is the only person I will ever go to with a car problem.

These guys are totally slammed with about 50-60 cars at any given time, yet despite this, they were able to get my car repaired, washed and out of the door in a reasonable amount of time. And I'd be remiss if I failed to mention that they got all of this done during a supply chain crisis! My car is a 2018 Toyota Prius, I had minor damage on the front bumper. The gentlemen here were able to match the color of my car, which is pearl white, flawlessly. Don't go anywhere else folks. These guys are fighting for you, not your insurance company, and it shows in the pride they exude when it comes to taking care of you and your car. Amazing work and service! I went to schedule an appt to get my bumper fixed! Paul, asked me to bring the car around and he had my bumper fixed within 20Min! Great work and customer service!

I randomly stopped here to get an estimate and I knew immediately I was in the right spot.These guys did a great job fixing my bumper and mirror. They gave me a great price right from the start (without adding the German tax). They even through in a few extras that I asked for with no up charge. I confess that I went to 3 other spots in the southbay to make sure I was getting a good price. Well as you can see they didn't even come close.

Mike and his crew are really great. Because of their outstanding work they busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. They are also a family run business. So sometimes it may be difficult to reach them by phone. But don't let that deter you. They do an excellent job an are worth going to. Their service is above and beyond what you might expect. My son's truck was rear-ended on the 405 and we brought our truck to Mike. Initially I was leery about using the body shop recommended by the other person's insurance company. Mike gave us the straight scoop, and made sure the truck was done in time for my son to drive to Texas with it. I had to drop of the rental car I was using and when I walked outside Mike was there waiting to take me to his shop to pick up the Truck. Now that's service! Unfortunately someone did a hit a run on my wife's car in the church parking lot, so it looks like I might be using Mike's services again. Can you believe it? :-( This was a great experience, especially considering the horror story I had with another Body shop in town. (Stay tuned for that review) In any event, I highly recommend The Pacific Body Shop!
