I very much am not satisfied with the service. These guys came and didn’t do anything to help me with my truck. All they did was act like they were fixing something for 15 minutes and said where done and charged my husband $210 dollars they didn’t even travel far they’re located in San Martin and I was broken down in Morgan hill. So tell me why the hell did I have to be charged so much money for no work at all. 0 stars don’t even deserve 1 😡

I would not trust this company because they hire techs that put people at risk on the road driving down I 680 by Fremont 8/6/23. One of their company. Vehicles was swerving in and out of traffic going at high speeds and tailgating people very closely, apparently they don’t hire people that use correct judgment and they’re gonna end up hurting someone really bad then it’s gonna cost his company a lot of money.

DO NOT CALL THIS MECHANIC! I called Emergency truck repair for assistance my driver was having liftgate issues the liftgate will not go up anymore. This mechanic all he did was place chains to hold it in place in the meantime the team arrived back to the yard. The lack of communication and in no moment he advise me if that was ok. In no moment he looked at the liftgate MOTOR to see if he can get it up and Runing he gave me the excuse he carry no parts to fix a liftgate on the side of the road. Then why the hell the call themselves Emergency truck repair. Now I have to hire someone to fix their sloppy job… Thanks for Nothing Emergency Truck Repair

Fast Service with a knowledgeable mechanic. We were broke down for a tire and a brake chamber. The technician so nice and so professional, when we called he arrived here fast and that time was midnight he worked so fast.
