Worst customer care,not enough space to say everything I need to say about there parts department,I called the correct store many times to be told ,I called the wrong store,Wrong again! I really hate dealing with this parts department. I get confirmation that my parts will be at a certain store only to find out after going there iparts are at other store.
The guys there know their stuff. They have the knowledge and also care to help. I was amazed how easy it was for them to get to the part number for an old Cat crawler.
Well kept and very professional people here. I appreciated the help that i got by going through them directly. Will, not would, i will recommend giving them a try.
