I've had an absolutely awful experience purchasing a Dometic fridge ($1650) from these folks. Fridge shipped without a panel, which makes no sense to begin with. Had I known this ahead of time, I'd have kept my old fridge panel. I sucked it up and paid $150 for a new panel from them, and when it came in the mail i saw that it does not fit. They will not accept it as a return, or provide ANY assistance on getting it cut to fit. They take zero responsibility, told me to call Dometic, which I did, they said that Camping World shouldn't be selling this as a related product because it doesn't fit. Home Depot, Ace hardware, local lumber yard will not cut acrylic. Apparently I need to spend another few hundred dollars on tools to do this... just to get a cover on my fridge. Unreal. Today I see a warning on the product page in bold text, "NOTE: Door panel (item 103987) is sold separately and will requiring trimming to fit custom dimensions.", that was NOT there previously (archive.org verifies this). So they've made an effort to cover their tracks (and deleted my negative review on the product page) but provide zero acknowledgement or assistance in making this right. I will never purchase from CampingWorld again, and I'd advise anyone reading this to shop elsewhere - they don't care about their customers.

This place is horrible. I have a 2022 keystone ,springdale. Two of my outside panels got damaged,so I brought it to them to get fixed. I had to constantly go up there to make sure it was being worked on.They finally finished it,and when I went to pick it up it one of the new panels was damaged in their lot. It has been up there for four months waiting to get fixed. I will never use this place again. Also, they are merging with jayco in morgan hill.

Camping World service has been great. Vanessa in their warranty department has really stood out with exceptional effort. We have a 2021 Holiday Rambler that had a recall notice. This Camping World is not on the authorized warranty/recall repair list, although the Camping World in Sacramento is. San Martin is 15 minutes from home, compared to 3 hours to Sacramento (meaning two full days and over $200 in fuel for drop off and pick up). Vanessa was able to get authorization for them to do the repairs in San Martin. When additional parts were needed, she stayed on top of it and got the parts authroized and ordered. She kept us informed throughout the process. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Be very weary of doing business with this establishment. I sold my van to Camping World in San Martin back in June and still have not received any payment. You will get told countless lies and given the run around. Their rep Melissa is the only employee who handles sales/consignments. Good luck on reaching her either in person or via phone. Your time and business is not valued. If you can take you business elsewhere I would HIGHLY suggest to do so.

Brought my trailer in for a warranty job that was supposed to take 2 days. Plan was to sell the trailer this summer. I brought the trailer in June and now it’s August. Still not done. Had to physically go to the shop to figure out what was going on, and the repairs still not done, and now I have an ant infestation. Super lame. Seems like they are short staffed…People are nice, but seems like they are having a hard time getting stuff done. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Great service! Knowledgable technicians! They went the “extra mile” to diagnose and fix my issue. …… why 5 stars? Answer: new service team that know their business well and also know how to treat their customers equally as well. I truly believe it was their goal to make my experience the best I have ever had at San Martin Camping World. Set aside your feelings from past experiences. They truly want your business and they want to keep you satisfied and return again. – Robert

My experience has been a mixture of excellent to bad. My higher rating is due primarily to efforts on the part of corporate headquarters to make things right, to the above average service offered by Melissa, and to the quality of items they sell and any actual service work performed. What went right: (1) First time taking my trailer went in for service several years ago, everything went smooth regarding a major repair. I was very happy. (2) During my most recent experience, my hat is off to Melissa for exceptional service that went over and above what I would have expected. (3) Corporate headquarters (Marcus Lemonis' office) did a good job in communicating and addressing my grievances. (4) In the end, they made things right. The primary ones who were helpful in making things right were the corporate headquarters and regional manager Kelsie. What went wrong in my most recent experience: (1) No upfront quote was given for diagnostic work. I thought the estimate was free, but an unexpected charge for this was assessed in the end. (2) Communication by the San Martin store itself was very poor. After dropping off my trailer, I think it was forgotten about until I stopped by after 5 weeks to get an update. They hadn't looked at it yet. Then another month went by without hearing anything until I stopped by again to learn that an estimate had been worked up but never communicated to me. Phone messages I left during this time were never responded to which is why I would have to drop by in person. Poor communication extends to all levels including no responses to me (or corporate headquarters from the store manager or the service department (with the exception that the service manager did give a call back once at the very end of the process). Conclusion: In the end, they did make things right by refunding the unexpected charge admitting that they had not quoted this upfront. I like the store overall. I just wish the communication was better. I do think the quality of any work actually performed is high, so no worries there.

I made an appointment and came in the next day and paid for a new air conditioner , the tech showed me it was working, got back to thousand trails plugged in to electric and the air came on for a few minutes and kicked off to the fan it would not stay on ac, my family paid almost $4000 for this job, so I made a call to set up another appointment I came in next day the tech says it not defective it's working and he showed me how cold it was, I thought ok what did you do to it because it only seams to work when it's here. Because the tech said it worked they charged me $200 some warranty. My wife and I are homeless we live full time in our rv, we can't afford this, and the fact that my wife is battling stage 4 cancer but thay didn't care that they just wanted the $ it's so sad how they can treat people.
