Yes I was helping my brother get his car rid of his car because he cant drive. He was just gonna let it get towed. Sold a decent van. Man Got less than whats worth but the price was guaranteed. However the pick up took literally all day and lost my job because the pick up was sechedul 8 am - noon but didnt show up high i had to call more than 12 times got hange up on 4 times after holding for more than 17-26 mins online. Thanks for nothing Cash 4 cars. Avoid the night mares and worst customer service and shop local like pick and pull all the other ones will low ball you .

Copart / Cash for cars bought my totaled car. Irfan was easy to work with and set everything up well. But scheduling a pick up was a nightmare. I kept calling customer service for an ETA and they could never give me one. In the end the driver called me 10 minutes before he was going to show up. I was in the middle of a work call. I asked him if he could come 30 minutes later and he said no. I had to drop the call and attend to the driver. That was pretty unprofessional.
