They said this is not a Ford dealership. And they didn't want to contact other Ford dealers. Because they are not solution oriented. I do not recommend this place.
Worst service I have ever experienced! They tell you that your car will be ready the next day and they take an extra week. If you can avoid going to this place save yourself some time, headache and don’t go.
If you can get past the operator(and the endless placements on hold) and actually get an "adviser," that's half the battle here no matter the time of day. We might regret buying several(believe it was 5) years of service in advance which was hyped to us when we purchased our Ford here. Our change oil" light went on several weeks shy of our service "due date" but they keep saying they don't want to pay for it yet. Meaning we might risk injuring our vehicle by driving it until they will fulfill their duty to properly service it. I'm a nationally syndicated radio host and newspaper columnist and here I've been placed on hold yet again for over 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Hopefully. Again.
This is the second time I had to bring my car here. My car has been here for almost a week and I have only talked to my service advisor twice!! The best thing to do is go directly to the store because you'll get placed on hold past ten minutes or will be told your call will be returned which will never happen. This is yet another horrible experience. If you can avoid this place please do ,they are extremely unprofessional.
