Integrity matters at this business. First time customer. Went in for an oil change (used Groupon). Everything went well until I asked about my left rear tire (metal cap was stuck and I couldn’t refill the tire). Manager came out to check and found out that it was indeed stuck. Because of a miscommunication with the guys that worked on my car, we found out that the tire was not refilled and was lacking proper air pressure. The manager’s (John) first words were, “there’s going to be some coaching that’s going to happen today.” My tire valve issue became a bigger issue than expected but they handled it quickly and professionally. I commend the manager’s and technician’s quick and corrective actions because they just showed me that integrity matters. I will be a lifelong customer because I know I can trust them.

Stopped by to get some air for the boss’s new truck…Jeff got me in quick and Jesse and the guys had the tires aired up in no time! Great customer service and very friendly!

Had tires installed through Amazon services tires or tire were imbalanced shook over 70 mph. I called and set up the appointment for re balance tires didn't mention anything about a price that is after I noted that it was an Amazon service I assumed it was covered under labor warranty. Well I show up to my appointment only to find out that they want to charge for the re balance on tires and claimed that imbalanced tires only shake from 50-60mph other than its going to be a defective tire egg shaped as he claimed not saying it doesn't happen but the 50-60mph statement I have never ever heard of and have worked as a service advisor for several years. After I asked about the labor warranty for tires being imbalanced he pretty much said he's not going to honor it because the service was set up through Amazon and that I should read the fine print on the papers I signed when receiving my car after services not in a polite manner first and last time I'll use them.

Called ahead about a tire patch. Was given a quote ($35 for my type of tire) and told they only do fixes as walk-ins. I arrived at opening the next day. My car was taken immediately, and I left half an hour later with a fix. Price was exactly as quoted.

Went in for 10,000 mile oil change service on my Mercedes S550. Everyone was friendly and professional and said hi to me. They explained exactly how long it would take so I didn't have to wait around. Did not try and sell me on a bunch of items my car doesn't really need like other oil change places I've been to. Installed my air filters and cabin filters i previously purchased. Reset my service alert on dash and topped off my washer fluid. All in all very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

whatever it takes to make you feel obligated to They make it very clear that they will charge you for everything. They avoid doing business with Amazon because it doesn’t bring in the kind of money they prefer. Their business approach is cutthroat, driven by the manager and service advisors. They refuse to take responsibility for anything—in fact, they’ll sit across from you and flat-out In your say, “This isn’t our fault.” If you’re not knowledgeable about car repairs, they’ll educate you in a blunt, almost confrontational manner. It almost feels like they’re struggling to make money and will do for repairs.

Called John at Skip for a flat tire fix / replacement (very courteous on phone). Was greeted by Jeff upon arrival who gave us all options to replace the tire. We asked for a fix before replacement. Tire was replaced in 2 hours and car was ready for pickup. Transparent service, good guys. They earned my business going forward

The most honest shop I have ever been to. John took care of me fast and fairly. He educated me on proper brake/rotor replacement. I left feeling smarter and like I spent my money well. John's service will have me coming back for years to come. couldnt be more grateful for his service
