Just Tires in San Jose

After experiencing a terrible issue at the Wheel works, I decided to do a walk in and check this place out. The overall experience was excellent! Customer service was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had 4 new tires mounted in 45 minutes! Just tires is highly recommended! My new go to- tire shop.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF THEY KNOW YOU HAVE LITTLE TO NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CARS, PARTICULARLY WOMEN!!! (March 18) My girlfriend had a nail in one of her tires and asked them to patch it. After the inspection they told her that they would need to replace all four tires which would cost around $800 since the nail is on near or on the sidewall of the tire. They also tried to explain why they would replace all four to her but they explained it in a way that she wouldn't understand. They tried to show where the nail is, but on their sample tire not the actual tire which made me suspicious when she called me about the situation. So I told her to go to another shop to get a second opinion. Long story short they were able to patch it and was informed that the nail was in the center, not on the side. In summary JUST TIRES STRAIGHT UP LIED TO MY GIRLFRIEND TO GET HER TO PAY MORE THAN SHE NEEDED. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY ESTABLISHMENT. VERY DISSAPOINTED THAT THEY EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT WOULD LIE IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS; NO RESPECT ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN. I would give them zero stars if given the option.

I went to this shop for an oil change because it was right around the corner from my house. I was told my tires may not be able to be rotated for whatever reason but I was not concerned with it. After waiting in the lobby for a little bit the sales person told me again the tires will not be able to be rotated and that I had a bubble in my tire. He then proceeded to give me a total estimate for the service and quoted me $600. I questioned the price and he mentioned my front passenger side tire needed to be replaced. (Something that was not mentioned to me until the price estimate.) When I said I would not be able to pay that price the salesperson gave me a dirty look. He took the price of the tire off and quoted me $300 something and I agreed. The salesperson then said to his colleague in a condescending tone that I cannot afford the $600 and to just replace the one tire. The guy looked irritated and walked off to the garage. I continued to sit in the lobby listening to the Just Tires staff casually discuss drama in the workplace and say F this and F that. When my car was done I just left and didnt think anything of it. Cut to a couple of days later, I'm walking out to my car to go to work and I notice the back passenger tire has a bubble on it. They put the tire back on my vehicle! I didnt have time to go back so I went to work and planned on re-visiting Just Tires when I got off work. I went out to my car on my lunch (that day) to grab something and I noticed my tire was flat on the ground. I work in Palo Alto which is far from where I live in San Jose. I had to drive with the flat to the nearest tire store in Palo Alto to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place there are way better shops you can go to where they are more professional, like America's Tire.

One star. Absolutely ridiculous. I booked an oil change appointment for 1 PM. Got there at 12:55 PM, five minutes early, and was told they were backed up and it would be another HOUR AND A HALF. What's the point of an appointment then?!

I just read the reviews...boy are there many customers who gave less stars than i did! I would not have came here if i read them first. They did a whatever job on my car. A simple oile change for $27. Not a huge deal. I left my car there and my little boy and I ate right next door at iHops. When we returned, nobody was at the counter. We waited for 5 minutes. Then an older man with grey hair came rushing in to the register, and me thinking he was going to help me, got exactly the opposite of that. I'm not a picky person and I barely do reviews. Right from the get-go he was dismissive and very rude. He told me that he was not there to help me and that he was very busy. I asked him when there would be an employee in here to help us... He continued on to tell me how busy he was and did not have the time for me. I noticed the guys in the garage we're not working on any cars and there is only one other customer in the office, besides me. Another younger guy comes in, does not greet me but ask me what I need, and upon telling him he walks away over to another area behind the desk. Comes back and asked same question again. I've been to a few different of these fast oil changing places and this is the only one where they treat you like crap, especially right in front of my child. Oh, by the way, the 1st rude man, was the manager. What a way to start a nice day and a breakfast out with my son! Never Again

Every time I need to go to Just Tires, it is not under the best circumstances (how many times can a person run over screws?!), but every time, they manage to brighten my day. They are so friendly, empathetic, and really try to accommodate as best possible to get you in there to help solve the problem and out to resume your day. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of - they always present me with multiple choices at different price points and provide me pros and cons of each. I really appreciate them and their wonderful service. Thanks for always making a rough day a little easier!

Don't get your tires serviced here because they want to kill you. If you guys are not here to fix the tire, he will damage your other tire. go the America’s tire go the big tire shop. Today I took my car here for a flat repair. After an hour of waiting, they told me that the tire cannot be repaired at wallside. I agree based on safety. I declined because I bought tire insurance from america tire When I called before, I was strange. Why ask me the tire size when I repair a tire? I'm an uber driver, I need to change my tires at least two or three times a year, and in america’s tire no one ever asks me about tires size. Get flat repair who care your sizes!! Then I leave this shop and I'm thankful my tlx has tire pressure monitoring, if it's old car I think I might have died in a crash Found this problem, I called to report this problem. I asked them to check the camera, I don't need compensation from them, I don't need repairs, I just want to clear things up and apologize to me. But they told me they don't have cameras, drop off your car for a night?

They are the best. I called in need of a new tire cause mine was literally in pieces and they told me to stop by at my earliest convenience. I was there 15 minutes later on a Sunday morning, they gave me a bunch of different options and prices. A couple of hours later my car was ready. Cheryl is so helpful and friendly. It was just a pleasure to work with them. Thanks guys!
