The best experience at Jiffy Lube camden, was greeted by Eduardo the technician and helped me through the whole process quickly and efficiently, and the rest of the jiffy lube team who conducted the oil change. Was recommend the necessary service and if you happen to have coupons, it helps a lot. They won another client, I highly recommend jiffy lube camden.

I do my own maintenance but I m short on time and needed a fuel filter change on my Ecodiesel. 350$ are you guys insane? Takes less than an hour and it s one filter.

Very unprofessional I have a Hyundai that I took in for an oil change and was done in 4 minutes which I think was very fast extremely fast my car wasn t vacuumed neither was the tires filled with air on my receipt it says it was all done neither of them were properly done I took my car to my mechanic and was told my oil filter was not replaced I m very upset with this service so what my mechanic advise me to do is take it back but before I do I should get my own oil filter from the dealer so that s what I did I called ahead of time and talk to the store manager Joel and he seemed very aggressive about the situation so he recommended me to bring it in once on arrival he told me the service are done quickly and properly that it takes his guys 5-6 minutes to finish the oil change he pulled my vehicle in and told me can you watch me just watch me do your oil change fast!!!!!! RUDELY so he proceeded to change it and as he seen the oil filter was really bad dirty and oil was the only thing that looked new it took him about 10-15 minutes to change my oil of course if you only change the oil it would take about 5 minutes so he finished my vehicle told me we will refund you your money back but that s up to corporate so I don t know when you will get it then advised me to drive my own vehicle out I m a woman I don t want to be responsible for going off the ramp or who know as I was driving off I reminded him my tire pressure and vacuum wasn t done he told me you would have to wait for these cars to leave so I left I wasn t going to wait for all those cars to be done please double check the cars once you leave I ve noticed every time I pass this jiffy lube it s less and less busy his guys just standing around hmmmmm I wonder why a reminder double check your work don t be a victim sincerely Marisa!!!!!!

I don t remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was supper nice, he even made an attempt at finding discounts for me so my service would be more affordable. This is now my go-to spot for car maintenance

Awesome customer service. Was in and out in no time.

These guys are liars! I changed the oil with them a month ago; on their advice, I filled it with full synthetic. They said that the next change would be after 7,000 miles, I specifically clarified this when changing the oil. Finally after 3000 miles my oil check light came on and the oil level was at the very bottom. I came to them again to check why this happened, and they said that you just drive a lot and therefore it s time to change the oil! Theyre scamming you for money! They also dirty the whole interior, they climbed into the glove compartment and armrest!

The manager, Joel C., was very kind and helpful and Ezequiel C. did a great job on our oil change and air and cabin filter replacement. I definitely would recommend this Jiffy Lube location on Camden Avenue to friends and family.

Got exactly the oil change service I wanted. Appreciate that there was no hard sell for adding additional services. The car was vacuumed, windows washed, fluids topped off, and the tires were checked for tire pressure.

Stopped in yesterday to have them check what I thought was an oil leak. Super friendly group of young men who were courteous and thorough. I sat in the waiting room and in no time at all, they came back to tell me that the oil was fine but that I had a radiator leak. They filled up the radiator and the reserve and told me to take it to my mechanic. They did not charge me for their time! Later, I noticed they vacuumed my car...so nice! This will now be my oil changing place of choice. Excellent service. Thank you!

Told a noise concern was possibly a CV axle though a rear wheel drive car. Noise concern was due to my transmission fluid being low. Part of the inspection that is advertised yet wasn t done. What else do they not do? Horrible attention to detail and job at hand. No idea how much they miss on YOUR car! Avoid like the plague as they have no idea how bad their laziness can affect your car.

This Jiffy Lube is awesome! The guys are always so friendly, helpful, and quick. Additionally, I have found them to be extremely honest. All of the staff seem to genuinely enjoy working here, which makes for good vibes every visit. This is the only place I trust with my car maintenance.

Worked for me. Wasnt crowded, but I checked ahead of time. Quote came in lower than final price, but was reasonable for what I got (they hadnt quoted the internal air filter). The point of payment for Google/Apple pay wasnt working right, so I had to *gasp* pull out a credit card, but it was a fast fluid and wiper change on my car. Ill be back in 4000-7000 miles.

This is my latent $100 review! Called to ask if they did spark plug replacements and if I could come in that day. They said yes. I arrived half an hour later and had 3-4 separate people disorganizedly ask what I was here for, and then was told they couldn t do spark plug replacements. I said alright, let s change the oil. After the oil change the Check Engine light showed on the highway minutes later. I promptly went to a specialist shop nearby. The oil cap was wet and leaking. I had all repairs done by the specialist. The manager refused to refund without bringing the vehicle in.

The guys at this location are awesome. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they replaced the air filter as well. Service was faily quick but job done poorly. After getting the oil change and leaving my car parked in the driveway I noticed two oil stains on my driveway from oil dripping from my skid plates. I looked unded the car and noticed they did not put back two bolts for my skit plates either. I am always under my car replacing components and changing fluids, so I know exactly how I left it. Poor attention to detail for the price theyre charging.

They do a good job at this location. Every once in a while, I get some spillage under the car.

I just took my fleet vehicle (Ford Transit van) for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation yesterday. This was a Thursday morning and the wait was very short. The staff was friendly and professional. They actually did the little things (tire pressure, fluid top off, vacuuming the interior, glass cleaning, etc.) that other service centers will sometime skip. At one point I had 3 techs working on my vehicle at one time. They were done very quickly. I entire service took me about 15 minutes. :-)

Do not go to this Jiffy Lube. The staff did as little as possible.

Worst oil change place ever!! I just changed my oil, and 2 mins drive after all signs popped up and car stopped moving. I was blocking the way super frustrated. I don t know what they did to my car but it completely stopped working. Worst experience ever!!! Do not go to this place!

I went to this location to have my oil changed today. The technicians were quick, helpful, and competent. My only complaint is that the bathroom for customers is not working.

Definitely recommending Jiffy Lube Joel and his team are very professional very polite no waiting around and they take care of you and your service needs right away. I specifically go to the one on Camden because they have a specific garage for lowered cars my car is very low it doesnt go up on ramps there it goes right in on a smooth surface worry-free I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube services thank you guys see you next time....

Just the oil change. Get your air filters and cabin filters at a parts store...auto zone will put them in for you free, at a fraction of the price. If you are Just getting your oil changed its a great deal great service and theyre competent at that. I despise their tactics of upselling blended oil and synthetic oil that they sell for twice the price. If you change your oil at the recommended interval the cheapest oil is more than adequate. DONT GET sucked in.

This place is usually awesome. Today my experience was awful. It was after the rush and things were coming down. I sat/stood in front of the garage for 20 mins before I was helped. I waited patiently, they saw me, they just kept yelling first come first serve to each other. One guy came out apologizing profusely, his manager didnt care, despite this guy trying to get the manager to check me in. All the discounts and coupons online which said they were valid didnt work here today (usually I can get a $20 off coupon online) they make you hunt for it and then they know the code by heart. When I came to pick up my car about an hour later they helped me promptly, but when I got to my car there were grease marks everywhere, handles, hood, inside and out. I asked to borrow a rag so I could help clean it up I just wanted out of here. Usually this place was on the ball, today they WERENT. Terrible experience.

Perfunctory service at a premium. Jiffy was not part of that premium. 4 employees. 1 customer. 2 hours. Service that I had plenty of time to learn how to do on my own using YouTube (not on free wifi) that should normally have taken about 20-30 minutes.

I ve been going here since my first car fresh out of high school. That was over ten years ago. I love the service, the professionalism and the smiles the team always has.

Drove in employees very nice took me to waiting area. Came and got me before starting work and showed me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Went back to waiting area. They also have windows in the shop so you can see employees work on the vehicles. Came in 15min later done with my oil change. Would definitely return.

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube since high school. Ive visited other Jiffy Lubes, but this one has the best people and personality to it. Theyre quick and get the job done right and go over all other things car maintenance thats extremely helpful. Ive been coming for more than 10 years and heres for 10 more years.

This is the jiffy to go to! They are honest and fast! I was a little hesitant about going to Jiffy lube, because I did not have good experiences at other Jiffy Lube s. The other jiffy on Campbell close to 17 across the street from the Shell gas station is horrible and is highway robbery the last two times I went there. But this Jiffy Lube the one by target on Camden and Hillsdale is amazing. The staff is honest and do not try and sell you a bunch of unneeded items, and they will be honest about when you really need to come back for service. My service tech also was able to work with me, and make sure that the work that I was getting done was within my price range that I could afford

Take all my vehicles here to have them maintained. Do an excellent job and have not made a mistake unlike some tire and lubes shops. Have also been honest in recommendations on replacement parts.

Have been to Hillsdale Jiffy Lube many times, and they do a good job on the vehicles I have taken there. Pricing is good, and there are always coupons available. They show you service options for your call, and you can take them if you want. Usually they are less crowded in the mornings during the week, than in the afternoons or weekends.
