⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot express how impressed I am with the exceptional service I received from Glass West. After a distressing incident of vandalism that left my rear passenger window shattered, dealing with the insurance company proved to be a bit challenging. However, Glass West made the entire experience much better. Carolina from Glass West deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. She efficiently scheduled my appointment for the same day, understanding the urgency of the situation, especially with rain looming in the forecast. Her professionalism and empathy immediately put me at ease during a challenging time. Upon arriving at the Glass West shop, the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They suggested I bring my car to their indoor facility, as I didn't have a covered area at my place. This proactive and customer-centric approach demonstrated their commitment to providing the best possible service. The actual replacement took about an hour, during which I waited in the comfortable waiting room. The attention to detail and precision they exhibited was impressive. The new window looks as good as the original, if not better, and I can confidently say that Glass West exceeded my expectations. Pretty ok experience. Glass looks great and Jimmy who installed it was very professional. I knocked off a couple stars mainly due to the labor cost. They quoted 2 hours at 160/hr but the installation only took 25 minutes. $320 for labor for 25 mins is worse than a mechanic. I was told it’s a min 2 hour labor no matter how long it takes. Would be nice to see honest labor costs or have been told the min up front

Had a rock hit my windshield and it started to break out. I called my insurance and they referred me with Glass West instead of Safelight. I’m glad I went with Glass West. The staff are friendly and amazing. They did an excellent job. I will recommend anyone to come here if they have issues.

Got my front windshield installed which the tech said it would take 45 mins but he got it replaced in 43 mins which was awesome. Even installed the side moldings which was broken by previous service windshield installed by Safelite. Long story short I would highly recommend Glass west replacement but stay away, I repeat stay away from Safelite unless you like bad service and cheap glass.

Had my car broken into on a Saturday night, got in touch with them on Monday, had an appointment set up by that afternoon, got the glass replaced on Wednesday for $75 cheaper than the next best competition. The experience of having the glass replacement tech come to me was both convenient and novel. Seems like a pretty good experience to me.

This place is incredible! I had my front windshield replaced there after a small crack from a tiny pebble hit it and then expanded all across. Glass West handled all of it, from contacting my insurance and opening a claim, to replacing the glass within hours. All staff was great stating with my phone conversation with a very nice lady, the guy that took the order was super patient explaining everything and the owner who was accommodating and pleasant. They calibrated the new windshield with all sensors and cameras and saved me the trip top the dealership. No headaches, no hassle. Great service, great communication, would recommend them to everyone!

The folks who work at Glass West were quick, kind, and efficient! I was able to get a same day appointment to fix my windshield and the work was done in one hour. The front desk even initiated the call between me and my insurance so all of the headaches of calling more companies was off of my plate. My windshield still looks great a few weeks later. Highly recommend.

I am the pickiest person to choose an agent to have my broken cabinet glass to be replaced. Was it luck or was it the answer of my prayers that I had the GLASS WEST TEAM to take care of, my broken glass. The color was matched just right. The price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly, very trusting. Without a shadow of my mind, I do recommend GLASS WEST to my friends and to the readers of my review. P.S.
