Great local glass shop - works best if you drive there, discuss what your need is, and they suggest solutions; and you buy what works for you.

This was the only company out of three who wanted me to take photos and send measurements for a new storefront door. The other companies sent someone out to do so (thought this was kinda unusual). It was no big deal, so I sent them all the required information for the bid. Called them three different times over the next 10 days trying to get pricing and availability without any luck- seemed like they were clueless.. My last call to them, they said they'd call me back. We'll, they never did so I gave up and went with another company. I guess they were too busy for me. I manage several commercial properties with lots of projects in the pipeline and I will never use these guys moving forward, nor will I ever recommend them. Their loss.

Great customer service very good products and if your looking for a company that’s going to be around when you need them these guys do have a actual business location unlike others. Highly recommend this company for all your glass and shower door needs

Excellent customer service from Maylynn. She was patient, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate good people like her because sometimes when dealing with businesses the person attending is rude, impatient, and act as if I am bothering them with questions. Not at TT Glass, Maylynn answered my phone call, gave me a quote without pressuring me or making me feel like I was wasting her time. My Father in law and I went there, she greeted us, got the measurements for the glass that we needed and got it to us in less than 15 minutes, wow! All in all, thank you Maylynn for your cool customer service and for the reasonably priced good quality product, the glass fit perfectly.

I needed to replace small bath window glasses, 2 panels of 17" x 9", one side had a crack and the other had broken seal. The first shop I contacted quoted me at $545, shesh, I could get a whole new window installed for that price. My 2nd call was to TT glass and price was much more reasonable. I went ahead and have them replace the glasses. Everything went smooth and quickly. They came out to measure the glass the next business day, ordered the glass, and replaced. All completed within 3 business days. Good job! good price! excellent service!

Terrible customer service. I’m a general contractor out of Texas looking tonise their services for a localized project. Sent blue prints over for review ASAP. after my fourth attempt to inquire about cost and timeline they had no idea who I was and couldn’t find any correspondence regarding blueprints. After wasting two weeks of a short timeline they “politely” referred me to another company. Don’t waste your time. I wasted enough for the both of us.

Customer service was good at first. However the company completed a job without the proper support for the hardware. The company then informs me that I need to have the proper hardware installed and they will come back to "re-do" the job correctly for an additional charge. If you did not have the proper structure to install in the first place why complete the install just to say this install will not last and then charge me to do the install again when the install should not have been completed in the first place.
