I had a broken water pump in my Ford explorer. The owner here knows his stuff and had the car done literally in two days. For those that don't know water pump fixes on the Ford are extremely expensive. He not only gave me a great price, but did a great job. the repair time frame that most repair shops gave me were was take two weeks with a quote of 3500-5k. JB saved me $500 and I got extras done at a price most were not even close too. Do yourself a favor and take your car here if you need a repair that requires a lot of work.

Avoid doing business with JB Automotive at all costs! I recently took my car to JB Automotive for repairs totaling $1900+ for a timing chain replacement. The repairs only fixed the problem for about 1 month, and the car died on the side of the road with the engine locked up. I returned the car to another trusted mechanic, incurring additional towing and diagnostic fees. In the end, the car was determined to be a total loss. This situation caused me significant financial hardship, including the repair costs, towing, missed work, and the value of the car. Jb Automotive's service was unprofessional throughout this ordeal. They had a rude, dismissive attitude and offered no customer service. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable repair shop, look elsewhere. This experience with JB Automotive was a complete nightmare. A huge waste of time and resources. We took it to another shop to diagnose because they had left a dent on the hood when they opened it and denied it. Our trust was zero after they lied.
