Would give zero stars if I could. Took my scat pack challenger in for a engine light. First I was told that intake manifold needed to be removed to access oil pressure sensor which took all day and no one called to tell me that it would take all day. I had to call several times to get someone to tell that the sensor is by the alternator and that the manifold doesn't need to be removed. So they kept my car overnight after 8 gave tge approval to get the sensor replaced. The following day I called again several times to see when my car was ready. The owner had no clue of what's going on in her shop. Kept telling someone will call back. Then at 4pm I get the okay that my car is ready. Paying was another headache. I had a $50 coupon that the owner didn't apply at first. She only applied $25 and argued with me about the charges all whike in front of anothercustomer. Very rude Korean lady. Be careful and go over every charge or these dirty folks will rob you blind. Don't take your car here. Find a another place with better prompt service and better customer service. Never will I give them another penny. Horrible experience overall.

Helen was super friendly and helpful! My car needed a new alternator, and it was fixed with the best price around, in a quick 2 days. Would highly recommend coming in.

The owner's technical knowledge is admirable. I have been taking my cars there for 25 years. They have an excellent analysis system where every single thing is explained in detail that's easy to understand. If there is a question, you will get a straightforward answer so you can easily plan to get what is necessary done. They are a pleasant, knowledgeable, dedicated, hardworking team.

He did an amazing job — changing the engine oil, balancing and rotating the tires, and replacing the brake and transmission fluids — all in just 2 hours! If I could give GIC Car Clinic I would. I initially took my car to Capitol Acura due to an error code, BAD DECISION. They charge me over $2000 for an exchange of a catalytic converter he did not fix the issue and wanted more money to do more testing. I still had the same issue and I took my car to GIC Car Clinic where Max, a great person, gave me the possibilities that could cause my car issue. After testing and I approved the fix. I drove my car home and next day I still had the same problem. I called and spoke with Max and explained the issue. Without any hesitation, Max and others checked the car. This was exhausting for them because this was not a common issue. The did find the issue and it was an uncommon issue. The issue had to do with the transmission and not the catalytic converter. Everyone at GIC Car Clinic are polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend that everyone take their vehicles to GIC Car Clinic. They will not steal your money nor lie to you. Max will not stop to solve your car problem. Their heart is in the right place for helping people with their vehicles.

I went to this place for a simple oil change, but the experience felt more like a visit to a dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely pushy about selling additional products and services. Even after I repeatedly declined, they continued to pressure me, making the experience quite uncomfortable. It felt like they were more focused on upselling than on providing good customer service. On the positive side, the oil change itself was done efficiently, and the waiting area was decent. If you’re just looking for a quick service and can handle the sales pressure, this place might work for you. But if you prefer a more relaxed and straightforward experience, you might want to consider other options.

We went in to check an engine noise. They said it was the water pump. Got the water pump replaced. Did not work we paid for a diagnostic. Also paid for other services just to have what they said not work out. The noise was still there then they said to do an oil change. And they recommended cleaning the engine out with a special additive that they charge $175 for. We paid for the service and I watched from the window. The guy just did the oil change and never did the actual service of cleaning out the engine. When I asked the lady she said oh yeah they did it. Then I went and asked the guy and he was like no we weren't aware and didn't do the job. Don't fall for their coupons. They charge three times as much and just take off the top. The customer service rep stated over and over again how there was something hanging and they had just put it back in place and kept expecting me to thank her. We finally got the noise figured out in the car and it was just a loose spark plug. Avoid this place at all cost. They will charge you four times the amount they charge dealership prices and don't have quality work. They will misdiagnose your car charge you like crazy and then propose something else later.

I’ll be bringing my car back to GIC from now on! The entire staff was so extremely helpful and they were able to do the work on my car with a very turn around. Love how when they gave me a second opinion they took pictures and provided detailed descriptions about the status of things to be repaired, that helped me to decide what work needed to be done immediately and what could wait. These guys are great, very professional and trustworthy. Thank you!!!
