Assistant manager is awesome. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable. Same with Isaiah. They both went above and beyond to help me find products for my car. Would give it a 5 star but they have someone who works there that’s super tall and can be extremely rude and has cussed me out randomly. Definitely go get help from Isaiah and the assistant manager but steer clear from the Jay guy if you want great service

I went to OReily’s today to have my battery tested. The young woman behind the counter said she could do that for me. She tested and showed me it said “Bad Battery”. We went back into the store and she looked up batteries which were appropriate for my car, explained the difference between the different ones. I asked if I bought my battery there if it was possible to have them install it. Her response was “yes, I can do that as soon as my co-worker gets back. He is out on a delivery” Once her co-worker returned, she sold me a battery and went right to work, removed the old battery, installed the new battery, cleaned all the corrosion on the terminals, and replaced a stripped bolt and nut. So wanted to give a shout out to Kassandra for doing an awesome job, going above and beyond for a customer, and for her professional work. I will definitely be doing more business at this O’Reily’s! Thank you again Kassandra!
Mike sets a bad example of how to deal with customers. I checked in to return a scratch eraser kit that didn’t do its job as advertised on the product. He looks at the packaging and says he cannot return a half used bottle while we had taken maybe a few drops or so at max from it to rub the scratch and it didn’t work so we shut it right there to return it. Instead of stating plain and simple that the scratch eraser kit cannot be returned he goes on stating that he cannot return half used bottles. When I confront him on that he switches gears and says the rag/towel in the eraser kit is dirty (because as specified on the product usage you got to rub the scratch with it and it obviously will not leave it clean.) and thus he cannot return it. I followed it with that sounds a better explanation to say why you couldn’t return it and he gets confrontational stating that he cannot return it at all. I know times are tough with the stores and economy but the way you behave with your customers shouldn’t really be influenced by that. Maybe he was having not that great a day and this return would have really hurt the store. Hopefully it gets better next time!!!

I bought 2 windshield wiper for my car. Took the old wiper off and tried to installed them in the parking lot. Store clerk saw and came over helping me installed them. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
