This place USED to be a great place to get parts. Went in for a battery 220 bux!!! Wal mart same battery 129 bux out the door. This place turned into a rude ripoff.
Excellent service and advice. I went to buy Fiat 500e window regulator and got a quality one, double Amazon price, but life time warranty! Those things break often so it is worth to pay for a life warranty. Grant was super helpful, he even helped me return an item without a receipt! 🙏🏻
Extremely friendly staff that switched out my dead battery and also installed it for me using a cordless ratchet tool in a minute. Props to that lad. 1 star off for the shady area and I got a scratch on the car due to a homeless dude's cart in the parking lot.
I went in yesterday to ask about a cable that was not tightened on my battery. It turned out that the cable was damaged where it connected to the battery so it needed to be cut down and stripped in order for the connection to work. Tobias was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. With his help and suggestions, I was able to fix and secure the cable when I got home. Thank you for the outstanding service!
This is the first store I have shopped at in person since Shelter In Place started. I needed new bulbs for my low beam headlights (again). I parked & walked into the store and had just started reading the aisle signage when a young man behind the counter asked if he could help me. I told him what I needed; he brought it up on the computer, showed me my options, and retrieved the product I chose. He rang up my purchase, gave me my receipt and I was done. I didn't catch his name, but he was efficient and pleasant, smiled as he helped me and wished me a safe day. This was a good experience and the clerk was the entire reason for this positive review. Yes the store was open and clean. Parking was easy and convenient and it was close to where I was. But the clerk made the visit positive and pleasant. Thank you.
