Stopped by here to get my battery tested after I had to jump it but was disappointed. They said they could not test because it was dark outside 🙄, they were “understaffed” (there were multiple employees and few customers) and “this is a sketchy area” (yes they actually said that). If you don’t feel safe going outside for a quick battery check at 7:30, why are you open until 9? This is a service advertised at all O’Reillys and the whole reason I bothered coming. If I can walk in the store safely, you should be able to walk outside and do a battery check safely.

My best friend went to by a new battery yesterday, a hond civic, easy access, and was told by staff they did not have the tool, a 10 mm wrench, and told her to call someone to help her. I showed up and asked staff why they didn’t help when it was listed on the website they would install batteries, and why is she crying in the parking lot on a rainy day calling to find anyone to help. They ignored me and just sold me the battery. It was a slow day with at least 5 employees standing there.
Very poor customer service . One clerk relaxing and refusing to help customers, claiming “it is busy hour” . Headed to another OReilly store right away, and received much better customer service. Just amazed about how customer service differs from location to location. Sigh
To echo the recent negative reviews, I’ve been coming here for a few years, since Jesse and Anna took over managing this location it’s gone down hill. They claim they work hard to provide good customer service but it’s truly not the case, after several bad experiences there when I finally complained they simply told me that if I don’t feel comfortable there, I shouldn’t come back. You can’t say you have great customer service if you tell your customers to get lost when they have a valid complaint. If you have another option for your auto parts needs, I would take that instead. These people need to learn that we vote with the money we spend and buy taking your business to NAPA, which is close and had MUCH better, that’s where I will be going in the future.
Great auto parts store. I only deal with the commercial side of things. But the staff is great. They are always very helpful. Always willing to help look up parts for me.

Counter help was not trained very well. Had to explain over and over what I wanted. All that for just a light bulb. Then had to run card three times before having to go to another register. Im sure it was probably just a bad day but should have gone way smoother than it did.

Im at this Reillys Auto Parts and I went in to ask one of the workers for help, since I parked my car to buy oil and Im struggling a little to add the liquid in the right place, there are 3 employees totally unemployed, since the place is empty of clientele... first they told me that they dont speak Spanish and when I entered the store I heard 2 of them (Latinos, man and woman) talking to each other in Spanish... I asked the woman for help and she answered me resounding no...that she cant help me, and that according to her they dont speak Spanish....its incredible that our same race is so despotic...and the store is empty without customers...the one with the fluffy hair was the most despotic....what impotence indeed....they dont know what humility is!!!
Hit and miss customers service, some of the people work there are miserable and will make you that too if you shop here. After many bad experiences, I complained to their customer service, after weeks I finally heard back from Treviño, the district manager. He said he never got complaints from the store and I m the first one I asked him if he ever read the reviews about this store on Yelp or google and he said, not personally LOL! I guess ignorance is bliss. I wouldn t be surprised if he never looks at these. I m not sure who is the one responding to these reviews as the owner . My advice to anyone is to avoid shopping here, but if you do and have a bad experience, don t bother wasting your time with a complaint. Essentially, since they have trouble finding people that will stay, they would rather keep employees and lose customers. O Rielly s slogan is we appreciate your business, maybe that s what it used to be. Please don t shop here, if you do and have a bad experience, they won t care. I ve spent hours on the phone and had the same experience others have said. The district manager doesn t care about good customer service, doesn t even read these comments. From now on I m going to NAPA or anywhere else before shopping here. We all vote with our dollar, I ll be taking my money elsewhere.

This place is pretty horrible for customer service, I complained to the district manager and he told me that he hasn t heard any complaints about the store besides me, I asked him if he s ever read the reviews , he replied, not personally ignorance is bliss I guess. Save yourself some headache and spare yourselves from the miserable ogres that work here, go to Napa or Autozone instead

Its says closes at 9 pm I got here at 8:50 and door was locked the last customer who walked out said 1 dude was by himself so Im guessing thats a good reason to just shut it down.i dont mind wasting gas for the store being short staffed.its not like gas is almost 7 bucks a gallon.
They said their scanner tools are broken. They couldn t check my batteries. Not sure how true is that.

My daughter had a terrible experience there yesterday 8/23 around 5-5:30pm. Her car battery died again so someone helped her jumped her car. I told her to go O Reilly and buy battery and they will help her to install the new battery. They refused to help her and asked to come back the next day around 1pm.They have 5 people just standing there and the lady said that they are short-staffed Not even 1 of the 5 people help her carry the battery to her car. She went to O Reilly Alameda and they helped her right away installing the new battery. I would recommend going to O Reilly Alameda. Please do something about this.

This place is a joke! Gabriel order my car part for my car, to be delivered on Sunday afternoon. I went to pick up part, and Gabriel had ordered wrong part. Mind you, I paid for Lyft for a dry run! The worst part Gabriel sound like he wssnt concerned! Save yourself time and worry, dont go to this location!

This is a great store to find parts. Right now they are difficult to get to due to major construction on 4th. Use Commercial to get there, and to get out head north on 4th under the freeway. They will be worth the trip.

Hard to say how to rate this. Its a large location with a lot of stock. The employees were kind and helpful. I had to ask for something kept in back. They looked it up and gave me two options. I asked for the less expensive one. They disappeared to find it. Eventually they returned and told me it wasnt in stock after all, and they brought me something even less expensive. I asked whether it was the right thing, and if so why didnt they give me that option to begin with? They said they just didnt scroll down far enough the first time. Sounds like they tried to cheat me, doesnt it? On the other hand, they were the only location of any auto parts store that had any options for me at all. Shop, but with caution.

Terrible service. I spent over 30 minutes in line just to buy a gallon of coolant. There were only 3 people ahead of me in line, and there were three people on staff, but only one person worked the register, and he spend most of the time answering the phone and ignoring the people in line. As I write this, I am still waiting in line, with 7 people behind me, most of whom have also been waiting 30 minutes. I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

I came here to buy bulbs for my side marker lamps. Started the job in the lot, dropped the bulbs, went back in to buy another set. If youre clumsy like I am, dont leave the store right away. Fix it right there in the lot because you might need to buy more parts.

This location sucks. Only one person working the counter while others are walking around looking at the line of people just standing there waiting. The one clerk working the counter is the only one who is willing to answer the phone and carryon a whole conversation while making the patron in line to wait until he is done on the phone.
Well, this store offers free check engine light help. Unfortunately they wanna help me, cause they were short of personal. So I am thinking because the service is free?. I live nearby towards Japan Town and I consider this my local auto parts store whenever I need something. Even though its a franchise it feels like a mom & pop shop. I dont go here often but I always go to this one. They are nice and professional whether I call or stop in to ask about parts. Ive come here to buy windshield wipers, air cabin & engine filters. Good prices. Theyll find whatever fits your budget. I recall a few years ago I asked one of them to test my car battery and electrical stuff and he was very helpful. I think I bought a car battery here, too.

This has to be my favorite chain parts store. They are always helpful and, in my experience, go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need for the job. I hardly every have the pushy salesmen trying to tell me what parts they believe I need. I recommend you go here if you are a tested technician or a weekend warrior. You will be satisfied with the level of customer service from any of their chains.
