Bought an engine air filter here and they lent me the tools to replace it right in the parking lot.
I couldn’t figure out what windshield wiper blades I needed and bought the wrong ones, but they helped me figure it out and even put them in for me and reimbursed me for the one I had opened that wasn’t applicable. They were very friendly and understanding even when they were very busy.
Great service. The other O’Reilly 5 min away from here didn’t help us install the battery when we bought it but a worker here kindly helped us
I accompanied my son to San Jose to purchase a vehicle. On the way home it started to rain and his wipers were shot. We met up at the O'Reilly's on W San Carlos. The gentlemen in the store were very helpful and assisted with putting the wipers on since we couldn't get the old ones off. They loaned us tool to also replace an old battery.
I am so grateful they were open and had the right stuff I needed. Kinda dark area, and older building, but the cashier was able to update my loyalty account with ease and was effective and polite.
I came in looking for my car battery hold down screws replacement and the assistant manager, Ricardo helped me find them and he was kind enough to help me install them. He also checked my battery life. This has been one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. He was super helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me. Will definitely come back to this location.
I would to thank Jeff the Assistant Manager. I went here with a bad battery that I purchased a year ago. He was so helpful and replace my battery with no questions asked . I wasn't able to find my receipt but he comfirmed my purchase with my cell phone number. I was out of there in under 2 minutes with my new battery. Great customer service. I've always had great experiences at this store.
I always enjoy coming to oreillys, and this store. Very good service, and the manager always bends over backwards to provide service, and THAT, I appreciate. This valley can be so impersonal, and money oriented, so, when I get good value , and service for my money, I always try to let them know how it's appreciated. Thanks y'all, for good service...
