Found what I needed easily, but the line was too long, and I ended up waiting 10 min in line before paying
Always fun.. the guy that helped me was patient and even though they didn't have what I needed they sent me in The right direction by recommending another store.
Called 4x. 3rd time picked-up and put me on hold saying they'll look into my part. Came back and hung up. Called 4th time, picked-up, no greeting just hung up. Been going to this location since the 90's. Will never go again
Poor service from one of the staff - Guillermo. Other staff in the past have been courteous but this was a bad experience enough to change my mind not to shop at this store or Oreilly altogether. Just went to another O’Reillys store in Milpitas. Those guys were amazing with their customer service. Please read my other review about that store. This guy Guillermo at this store should be fired. I hope he loses his job. If you don’t want to help customers, don’t work a service job,
If your car starts but dies after a while, or if u have to jump start your car every time you use it. You can bring it here and they will actually come out and plug their computer thing to test your alternator or battery. Staff always try to help u exactly what u need. They close really late. Before COVID they used to close at 10 or 11 something like that. 9pm is still pretty late. Considering cars don’t care what time it is when they need a little juice here, a new filter there, etc. Tools are definitely not Snap On, but definitely cheap, and of workable quality. I’ve had a jack and a set of ramps for many many years now, and still work as they did when I first used them. I don’t type a lot of reviews and I took the time to type this, because this really (and all o’Reilly stores) is a good store.
This was great customer service I had bought a new windshield wipers and did not know how to put them on so the clerk came out and put them on for me and dispose of my old ones it was fabulous fast and I felt like I got more than I actually paid for due to the friendly nature of the staff! I have been to the store multiple times and each time it is consistent with the same great service!
Love this place, the clerk's are very courteous and knowledgeable ready to pounce when needed. The tools loaner program is a big plus... Prices are fare and they stand by their products, if return is required they make it easy. Special Thanks to Gilermo!
Received very poor customer service from one of the cashiers with piercings in the face. Asked her the most simple questions and was replied back with rude smart answers. Ridiculous!!! I will for sure not be coming back to this store.

I came more than 30min before closing but no one was there and no one answered the phone. I even called an 1hr before closing time and still no answer

Came to the Alum location at 7:55pm and they were closed. The sign reads 7:30am to 10:00pm and the open sign was on but the doors were locked and not person in sight.

When you need to get a part to get your car back on the road OReillys can usually make it happen. If they dont have it in stock or at their hub location they can usually order whatever youre looking for from their Stockton warehouse and have it in hand later the same day if ordered early enough...

I went to AutoZone first cause it was on the road i was on at the time and that was a mistake. They didnt have what I needed. OReillys had the things I was looking for!
They have the spare parts and if they dont have them they will get them for you.

One of the guys that worked there was a complete jerk. I made an honest mistake and he was rude and stared me down until I figured out the discrepancy and left the store.
Great staff. This is a great location for parking accessible entrance is right in the front for wheelchairs or people with disabilities or close parkinging. In regards to the employees, excellent place here. In fact if you get Cisco to help you hes the man. this man knows his parts hes just not going to look something up hes going to know what you need. Many years ago Ive worked on cars and let me tell you, its nice to have access to a parts health with employees, with this quality and experience to not only know what a part is right, but to know how to find it in the database and know when somethings not right when they dont match up so I can tell you this is the the parts House I spend my money at. As for the environment or the interior of the storage clean and organized. When I find places like this Im making a note to share

Some prices are exaggerated, for example a starter motor here cost me 123dll while on Amazon it only costs 50dll. And well, its a good difference.

Mentiras don t close 11:00 pm. Now is 10:04 and is closed oready. No good am driver 20 miles because su posture is open

Good store like any other OReillys auto parts , unfortunately most of the time its employee (not All ) are not in the mood to provide a nice and helpful service , I took my car five week ago to be check the car codes for check ingine light but its code reader wasnt getting any information and the employee gave up the first try to get any info on my vehicles computer.
