The staff were very helpful. Stephanie and her coworkers were wonderful they helped me after going to many different locations where i didn’t receive help but this location they were very attentive to what I needed I will continue to come to this location as my go to orielly .

Alexander was great! He helped me create an account and told me all the benefits and rewards. He even helped me put on my windshield wipers when it was raining. He was very nice and outgoing, major shout out to him!! Definitely needs more recognition for all his hard work. Thank you! Will be coming back soon

Great service with outstanding attitude

Rebecca was of great help! I can't believe I can go into a store and ask a question specific to my vehicle's needs and get all the answers in the store! Rebecca was very knowledgeable, she saved me countless hours of googling. I had a very specific issue and I was pleasantly surprised someone was able to help me with it. Thank you Rebecca!

Friendly customer service, centrally located in a large shopping center surrounded by delis, fast food restaurants, etc, it's at the corner of Story and King Rd, San Jose, Ca, minimal waiting in line, clean hallways and shelves are fully stocked, very helpful and willing to exchange any defective part under warranty, unlike O'Reillys on Alum Rock Av, that has a 90 day warranty policy, even if the part has a 5yr warranty, they will not exchange the defective part, regardless if the extended warranty still in effect,

I went into return some brake pads I did not need. instead of simply explaining that the items must be returned to the location which they were purchased,them the cashier (didn't catch her name) and Jose were being extremely rude and argumentative. Between the two of them they could not convey the return policy. I said I was going to go somewhere else and Jose said you should go somewhere else instead of taking care of the situation. When I said I was going to review them he said go ahead.

Terrible customer service the assistant manager is extremely rude. They have used batteries mixed with new ones thrown all over the floor. They give you incorrect quotes over the phone just to try and get you when you come into the store. The employees park their personal vehicles and commercial truck right in front of the store not leaving any spaces to park for customersk U we which makes it that much more difficult to bring batteries and rotors or any heavy parts into the store. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I PROMISE. This is coming from a Service Manager with over 20 years customer service experience.

I would like to thank ARTURO, he helped me several times for my 2017 Subaru Outback. He knew exactly what parts were needed for my A/C. This store knows exactly what parts and how many they have. Such great customer service. Thank you Arturo What I liked most was they knew exactly how many parts they have in stock. Not many stores can do that
