O'Reilly Auto Parts in San Jose

This is my go to place. I highly recommend this store. Glenn is kind, patient and helpful and very knowledgeable. He checked the fluids in my car. And I bought what I needed. Thank you Glenn!

Had a horrible experience at Winchester Auto parts so left and went to O'Reilly. Glenn was a great help. Kind and patient and answered all my questions.

Very helpful staff. Found a headlight restoration kit that Ive been searching for, but the box was partially opened. The manager offered to help me fully open the box and inventory the contents before buying it. I appreciated the help.

My mom’s catalytic converter was stolen and we were unsure on what to buy, it was a super stressful time and other places we called left us even more lost. When I called the O’ Reilly’s by our house, Jacob answered and was super helpful, very intelligent and answered all of my questions. We even went to the store and showed Jacob the pictures and he confirmed what he ordered was what we needed. Can’t thank him enough! We were happy to encounter such great customer service, which is rare nowadays at stores.

Highly recommend this place in a neat neighborhood where people are polite and helpful! The young man at this shop changed my wipers for free. It only costed just the parts and labor was free. He also explained to me all the choices I have available.

Great customer service, very friendly people. Went to get my car battery changed and one of the reps was kind enough to help me change the battery. After several tries, we got it done and it works perfectly. Many thanks to Ky Thanh for all his help.

This place is ok... the worker helping me with parts was not very good he didnt seem outgoing or wanted to help i was asking for a sparkplug cable for my boat its similar to a car with cap and rotor. He was busy on his phone when i tried to tell him to cross check a part number
