Great customer service
Apparently NAPA stores are independent! Unlike other chain stores they do not honor the warranty if you've bought the item from another location or even from their website. This store refused to replaced a faulty item under warranty. Calling the customer service didn't help either. I'm never buying from NAPA again.
Never have I had a negative experience with a cashier until today. Some old man with glasses who seemed to be the manager was being a smart ass when I asked if I could return some car parts that I had stored in different boxes from the original. “How do you expect me to return this without them.” A simple no would’ve been sufficient but his tone and body language was one of an arrogant old man. Terrible management. If there was 0 stars I’d put it.
I was looking for a specific battery. They did not have it in stock so the clerk got on his computer and printed out the address of the next closest store for me after he confirmed they had one on their shelf.
1-16-22 the older guy working the counter has a big attitude towards customers. After he got the parts I told him he can keep them ill go else where to buy. I won't be back there because of his attitude.
Napa seems to have all the parts that you could possibly need for your automobile and if they don't they will order it how much smoother can that be for all the quick items oil transmission fluid fluids for your car will always be there and accessible in and out in 5 minutes!
Ordered online, Napa shipped to my house because part wasn’t in stock. The rotor arrived, right part number, but did not fit my car. My old rotor fits inside the new rotor on the picture. An error in the database - I can understand. I wasted my time: had to put old rotor back on. Came to this store to return it, they could not help me. They couldn’t look up by order number, CC, email, anything - told me to go to Santa Clara store. Wasted more of my time. Won’t buy from Napa again.
Friendly and fast service. I came in on a Tuesday morning so it was rather empty. Told them my car model and year and they brought the new battery to me and took my old battery away. Would definitely come here again for my next battery.
