Great store with great employees. Every time I’ve been in there I’ve been able to get the part I was looking for and if not, it was ordered and available in a reasonable time and I received a call letting me know. The tool and part availability/quality and the customer service here is way above other automotive stores in the area.
Every single time I've been here, the men (yes, almost all of them) have served me reluctantly, with what I can only describe as scowls on their faces. They don't seem to care about how they're perceived by customers and don't seem to like their jobs. Any time a family member or friend needs an auto part I will go out of my way to tell them to avoid this location unless they want to deal with irritable, mean staff. Not sorry about what I've said here as it is an accurate account of what the store experience is like (even when compared with others I've known to come to this store). I don't know why you guys insist on having a bad time, but get it together NAPA because you're embarrassing yourself here.
Rude employee,did not even know I called napa he answered with no greet, called to ask for a simple part in stock and got the most mediocre help from any auto store. He clearly did not want to help. Is it a common method their corporate teaches their employees?
So much better than AutoZone. AutoZone ordered a part and said pick up in 6 hours, Day and half later nothing. Napa actually had it in stock and was 15 dollars cheaper. Wont waste time going anywhere else.
