The store seemed a little understaffed but the lone worker was handling everyone and the phone as best he could.

The Autozone crew is always very helpful! They go out of their way to provide great service !

Went for a return and the store manager Carlos was to busy bickering with another employee and though was only customer in store it was too much for over stressed Carlos. Horrible customer service if you can call it that

My worst experience I just needed a light bulb for my car and the man at the checkout couldnt help me and apart from that he answered my questions angrily and was very despotic very bad service I didnt look at his name to put it in the notes why I left the store upset with the service nor did I wait for my change but he was a tall fat man with a big beard

I like auto zone, but prices seem alot higher on items. I realize with gas and all, but in my opinion always seems to b the case. I dont mind paying for convenience.

I tried to turn in a used can of air conditioning refrigerant but I was told they never sold this brand. I am positive I bought it about a year ago but the person in charge told me I must have bought it from a different auto parts store. I have been going exclusively to AutoZone for many years so I am confused why I was treated this way. I finally found the date of the transaction but decided not to go back because what would be the point. It was only a $10.00 core deposit and why go through the aggravation.

The salesperson was very helpful. I had a check engine light on. The salesperson read the code and it reset the light. I took my car in and got it repaired.

I went to the store last night trying to find a headlight bulb for my car. Before I left for the store I checked the parts online and found it, but when I talked to the store staff, I was told the price is much higher than I got online.I will never go to this store .

The manager at this location seems to know parts and cares. Wish they had parts in stock. Twice now Ive left without the parts I need. Today I realized, after I left, they called two locations to find what I need and only gave me the details on one. What a waste of time.

I usually go to this place and I have always been well served, but today the person who served me at the checkout gave me the impression that as soon as he realized that I was Latino and did not speak English well, he proceeded to look and review and review and check the 20 dollar bill with which I was paying, and I am a person who is always impeccably dressed, I reserve the name of the person because everyone has the right to their privacy.

Workers are clueless, had a Christmas gift card that I know somebody paid money into wouldn t work. I will only go to Walmart Rockauto from now on

Its cliche, I know, but Id give these guys negative stars if I could. Do not believe anything that you see on their website as far as what they have in stock!!! Placed an online order, all of which was shown as being in stock at the Hillsdale store. Stopped by to pick up my order, only to find that NONE of the items were in stock. Was promised that everything would be there next day... and you guessed it, the next day I received a call saying that at least two of the items were not available. All the while, the items STILL showed as being in stock at the store!! Their corporate-level customer service is equally poor. Dont even bother; just go somewhere else.

Clueless employees. Went for turn signal bulbs for my 2010 Prius and the lady was worthless. She found a bulb that was clearly the wrong size. When I showed her the difference she shrugged her shoulders and said thats all the computer can tell her. From now on Ill take my business somewhere where people can actually help me.

Went there to purchase an oil filter. While there, found the engine oil I was looking for, but was about $9 more than Walmart. Figured, just for convenience, that they would be able to price match it for me, so I don t have to make another stop at Walmart. However, when I went to pay, the manager there said that AutoZone s price match policy means to match the competitive price plus any shipping and delivery charges by the competitor. I tried to explain that this is not how price match works, since I could just pretty much go to the Walmart a few minutes away and get it at the lower price, but that didn t seem to make sense to him. In fact, he wasn t just being rude, but seemed to have zero experience on how to speak with a customer, and kept saying that he knows better than I do. Sure, why not. I hope he also knows that nobody needs this kind of poor treatment, and if you don t wish to earn my business, I ll go somewhere else that would be happy to, which is what I ended up doing. Really terrible customer service. Wouldn t want to step in that place again.

I was trying to buy car batter for my Honda CRV. I went there late Saturday afternoon, Feb 27th 5:05 pm, waited 5 mins to have one guy coming to help, ask him whether I can buy car battery and have him replace it, got told it was too late for the day, and then I ask him whether I can come in next day, he told me try not cause it will be too busy. Seems to me he just dont want my business. Really disappointed with the attitude.

Good Auto Parts Store!

Its been a while since Ive gone into an auto parts store, and this one did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly.

Staffs were nice enough to explain and guide for me to find right products.

As soon as I walk in, I am greeted by all the staff. The store is very well organized, and they have everything in stock. I was assisted by the Store Manager Javier Tienda, he helped me understand more about my car. I definitely recommended this new store.

Excellent service

Im sure this store is great given other reviews Ive seen, unfortunately this wasnt the case during my visit. The employees were both rude and unhelpful. I try to be patient when stores are under staffed, but the two working seemed to use that as an excuse for their rude behavior and lack of help. I understand that busy times can be frustrating, but thats not a customers fault.

First time at this location. Mgr was super rude.

Good place for auto parts. Very helpful staff. The only complaint I have is that dont have the customer catalogs per department on display anymore. Because customers keep stealing them. Other than that an excellent place for parts.

Just called the store to see if they were open so i could make a purchase. Christine(dont remember the name exactly) was quite pleasant and looked for my item and put it on hold for me for later pickup. I was surprised someone answered when the webpage stated that they wouldnt even be officially open until the next day. Thanks! Good customer service is a rarity these days.

I have interacted with Javier a couple of times at this store and he has demonstrated a very high level of knowledge and customer service. Today he helped me diagnose a bad headlight connector, if he hadnt done that I would have just bought another bulb which probably would have failed in a few weeks. Kudos to Javier, and thanks.
