The staff, although always engaged with customers, do in fact make each of the customers feel special, and in fact, are special, as service is reliable, friendly, and appropriate; I have never had to return with a complaint. Fully satisfied. Very good business model, enabled by the competent staff.

I am thrilled with the quality and efficiency of service I receive(d) at Wheel Works SF. I called about a flat tire and learned I was totally covered because I purchased a package with them and my new tires previously. I was elated. They also aligned my wheels. The whole process was seamless and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for down to earth quality service.

I came in and asked the guy to reschedule my appointment. He told me 11 o’clock, but never rescheduled my appointment when I come at the schedule time had me waiting from 11 o’clock until one something and told me my car would not be ready until threeand told me that my car pretty much was last there was four cars ahead of me and I actually had an appointment and all I needed was an oil change that would take 10 to 15 minutes that is very horrible customer service I suggest you don’t go there unless you want to wait all day

Had a bubble on side wall, live in SF but had class at 9a in San Mateo. Called at 8:15a to order a tire. Tire would be in around 3-4p. Never received a call tire was in. Called SF WW where I usually go to compare prices. SF said with warranty around $75-100. Charged $140. I was told per store mgr I could go up to SF since I bought so many tires from them. Lack of consideration for me risking driving on that tire, especially during rush hour. Inside team Abby and Saul and techs friendly. Store Mgr 0.

I’ve had to use these guys two or three times, always during emergencies when I’ve gotten a nail in my tire or have had a flat. I think they are great, honest about what you should and should not spend your money on and always get you taken care of one way or another.

I’ve been coming to Wheel Works for years, and I always get excellent service. I was worried after some recent reviews but sounds like some people have unrealistic expectations (especially BMW guy). This time I was met by Steve who provided excellent service. I had my front and back brakes replaced, a fuel injection service, and a seasonal tire swap. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. I trust Steve and the team to keep my car in great shape, and they never disappoint. Highly

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, and my recent experience reaffirmed why I keep coming back. The team here is always accommodating, even when I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, and my recent experience reaffirmed why I keep coming back. The team here is always accommodating, even when I don't have an appointment. They genuinely go above and beyond to take care of my vehicle, whether it's for warranty work or routine maintenance under my prepaid lifetime warranty. What impresses me most is their unwavering commitment to quality service, even for services that don't generate additional revenue. I trust them completely, and I see how well they treat every vehicle they service with the same level of care. I'd also like to commend Steve and Chu for their excellent customer service. Despite the busy atmosphere —with multiple phone calls and a high volume of cars—it's clear they always prioritize customer care. Their ability to juggle these demands while still making each customer feel valued is remarkable. I don't have an appointment. Maybe the most incompetent staff and worst customer service experience of my life. See the attached pictures. I have a 2014 BMW x3 and ordered 4 new tires. This is how they returned the car to me after getting new tires mounted and an alignment. The brand new tires are filthy. My rims are filthy, much dirtier than when I dropped the car off. They didn't put any covers over the seat or carpet. Zero effort. I made an appointment at 9am and selected the option to wait onsite until they it was complete. Apparently they don't honor scheduled appointments and said to come back 2-3pm. Around 1pm Steve called to say they couldn't find the "key" for the wheel lock. He said I would need to go to a dealership to get one....I'll leave out all of their communication issues but Steve and Christina need to learn how to work together. I received multiple calls since they were not on the same page. So I called BMW of SF and told them my situation. They said they were full but to bring it in anyway. On my way to pick up, I called my mechanic at Richardson Automotive and told him. He laughed and said he had a key. He was not sure why Wheel Works doesn't have one when they specialize in wheels....... I rescheduled all of my afternoon meetings and picked up my X3 from Wheel Works to bring to my mechanic. When I got to Richardson Automotive, my mechanic found the key in the trunk compartment immediately. In less than 10 seconds! I drove back to Wheel Works and told them it was there the entire time. If you watch a YouTube video it is exactly where the video says. Steve did not apologize. I had to ask him when it would be done. He said close to 5pm. I asked for discount when I picked up the car due to their incredible incompetence. Steve then blamed my wife for not answering their phone call. My wife is a teacher and I gave them my phone number in the AM when I dropped the car off. Another communication breakdown on their part. Steve is a complete moron and rude on top of it.
