Went for an allignment. The first time, my vehicle was pulling hard to the left. Brought it back, they redid the allignment, then it made it down the road a little ways before slipping right back out of allignment. Took it to a friend, who showed me that Cruz tires hadn't tightening the left tie bar. Alignments aren't rocket science, but you can't take shortcuts. Every bolt should be checked twice before sending someone into traffic.

I am giving 5 stars. I called at the last minute after putting air in my tire I noticed I can hear the air coming right out I look closely and noticed my tire valve was messed up so my son referred me to Cruz tires called him for me air said he was really busy but to go in , in about an hour I got there a little sooner I told him what I was there for and on the phone he said 20 bucks. I get there he changes my valve puts more air in the tires and I'm in and out in like 10minutes. Bestnof all he didn't even charge me he said don't worry about it. I will be needing tires after Xmas so I'll definitely be coming back to Cruz tires. I must say I was happy to see his customers waiting area ut really nice with comfortable sofas and little play toys for people waiting with children. That's nice to see.

I went in to get my tires checked and the staff was very polite and honest and told me I don’t need new tires for at least 8 more months. Being a women I don’t know much about cars and appreciate them being honest and they explained to me how to tell when they need to be replaced. where they could have just taken my money like most place’s probably would have. Highly recommend this place I will be back when my tires actually need replaced!

Cruz Tires provided a near-perfect experience. I'd have given 4.5 stars if possible. The service performed was quick, skilled, and professional. I was given a good deal having my tires rotated, and having an on-the-fly replacement tire installed. The staff was respectful and courteous. The only missing element from this near-perfect service was communication. It was confusing to see where I needed to leave my vehicle. There wasn't any readily available staff, signage, nor instructions coming into my appointment. The last broken link in communication was my request to have my tire pressure checked wasn't relayed to my mechanic. Overall, the service was very good and reliable. I happily recommend Cruz to anyone.
