DO NOT GO HERE. They've kept our car for EIGHT MONTHS. They've replaced our engine 3x (supposedly) and are continuing to come up with excuses as to why they can't give us our car back. They've lied about how long this process will take several times. They don't communicate. This is the worst service ever.

I went here because my brother recommended this place before he passed away last thanksgiving, and it was only a couple of blocks away from my house, I pulled up at 8am and right away I was greeted and then referred to the master mechanic, he was very polite and kind, I explained my situation with my vehicle and how i had went to firestone and they did a diagnostic and told me what the problem was, right away he said that does not sound like your problem and I believe it is something else. So he recommended that i let him diagnose it, and he was right and what firestone told me was wrong, i had my breaks done at calderons and they did a terrible job and ripped me off, and i told him about that too, and he said not to worry and that they offered free brake inspections, my suv drove bad with bad breaks and tires rubbing, it was scary, long story short, they did a full inspection on my vehicle for free and found issues that i was not aware of and also found the real problem i was having with my front suspension and breaks. They quoted me a price that I thought was very reasonable and fair and I said let’s do it, they ordered the parts and the next day by 5pm my truck was done and let me tell you I could not be happier. My truck drives better than it ever has and my breaks are excellent. And everything is backed by a 2 year warranty. Excellent service excellent shop excellent job. Love this place and will definitely be back.

They have great mechanics on staff and very professional women in the front office. One mechanic was being funny mentioning the method he used to attempt to correct a evap leak. I didn’t take it personal, but liked the idea that he was able to think on his feet to come up with a solution. It didn’t work but he gets a “B” for effort.

I hit a speed bump and scrapped the bottom of my car. My local dealership said I needed a new oil pan because of damage at a cost of $3500. Green Phoenix quoted a thousand less. They ordered the part and when it came in, put the car on the lift and determined it only had minor scrapes and needed no repairs. Needless to say all of my auto repairs will be done here! They are extremely honest and I was very impressed with the service.

I needed a smog check on a Saturday. The other smog shops that were supposed to be open Saturday, were not. Green Phoenix not only were open but had me in and out in less than 30 minutes with a car ahead of me. Fast and dependable service!!!

Fast, fair, and great service: I recently took my car in for a battery problem and car service. Not only did they warranty the battery and installed a new one at their cost but also honored a year old free oil change coupon. The other services were addressed promptly as well.I have been taking my vehicles here for years, and have been impressed with the fast and efficient service. Amit is a great guy.

These dudes suck when it comes to carburetor smog check!! It took them over a week my car was sitting there literally for over a week and they could not diagnose or find out what was wrong with my car in order for it to pass California emissions. I took it to my usual mechanic as soon as I found out he was back and it took my normal mechanic less than two days to figure out the problem and get it took pass and back on the road
