I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. Alex helped me with sorting through all the available custom wheels and tire options for my F150. He gave me some great insight and now that I have my list of wheel preferences, I will be returning to have Alex set up the order and schedule the installation. If you looking for a shop that offers quality products at a great price along with the work done by knowledgeable professionals, then I highly recommend this shop. Rene, Alex, Max, high quality professional people. I'm sure the people I didn't meet are the same. I have been to many auto repair shops over the years and Big Bear is one that rates at the very top for me.

They are crooks! Ordered 1 wheel to be replaced price was comparable but charged me $95.00 to mount and balance one tire. $261 rim $401 bill. I don't recommend to do any work. Couldn't even put factory recommend psi in tire. 30 psi low.

Front counter guys were helpful. Installed 4" Rough Country lift on my 89 Ramcharger. Came back for minor adjustments, was helped on the spot.

Alex gave me insight on what upsized tires and wheels will work with my Yukon. He was friendly and generous with sharing their expertise. I've been researching upsizing online and calling different tire shops in the Peninsula and Alex was by far the most knowledgable.
