recently took my 2016 Ford Mustang EcoBoost to this mechanic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me step by step. He made sure I fully understood what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and I really appreciated his honesty and dedication. You can tell he’s a hard-working man who genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic.

In a time where I felt like giving up on anyone in the auto industry, A1 vastly turned things around for me. I had some unfortunate misdiagnosed issues with my vehicle through another local facility. The other place was worried about the money. A1’s first and foremost concern was that my car would function properly and not leave me stranded by the side of the road. The undiagnosed issue was clear as day when they showed me the part itself. I felt like a fool for trusting someone with my money. BUT, when it comes to A1, I absolutely could tell that they wanted me, the customer who has little car knowledge, to know what the issue was, but what caused it, and could potentially protect it in the future. The big point of conviction for me.was taking me right to the car on a lift, and showing me each part that needed to be addressed. No smoke and mirrors here. Not only do I highly recommend, but I myself already plan to go back to take care of some other things. This is the most genuine place I have been to auto wise in my 30+ years of driving.
