Horrible customer service was never greeted or asked if I needed help
Kevin is the best. He helped me find the wipers I need for my car. So thankfull he knows what he talking about . Not only did he help me find the wipers he help me install them. It’s raining he saved the day
I’ve contacted the store regarding parts or available loaner tools. After speaking with the rep over the phone and being told those parts and tools were available only to find out after that I arrived that those parts/tools were in fact, not available.
Whenever I go to them they are very helpful and courteous. I have found their help when replacing wiper blades great!
the guy at the counter would not even get up, he went into a rant about store policy and I don’t even know what all he said or why, I asked one line, a simple question. They need to hire people with knowledge or train them. I inquired about a way to test a fuse, he went on and on about nothing. Young and not very knowledgeable. Avoid this place at all cost
This store is fantastic! There customer service is awesome and there worker's are super nice and helpful! Will definitely recommend! Lots better then auto zone!!
Very helpful staff. Carried 2 batteries from my truck to the store for me. They were very heavy. I'm so grateful that Jose was able to be so accommodating.
