I sent an email this morning around 7 AM for a quote and received a response within 15 minutes. They were able to come out between 9-10 AM, and they had my broken window fixed in under an hour. Ignore the unsubstantiated 1 star reviews. If you have broken car glass, call the lovely folks at Auto Glass Combat Vet ASAP! They even do Teslas (excluding Model X). At 7:50am today, I discovered my broken rear passenger side window. I called and emailed Auto Glass Combat Vet at 8:10am, and while my call wasn't picked up, I had a response in my inbox by 8:13am with lightning fast replies to my questions. I was given a window between 10am-12pm. John (owner) arrived before 10:30am and the job was done before 11:30am. Greatly exceeded my expectations in delivering quality work and amazing customer service at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They responded to my email and gave me a great price and installed my rear slider window the same day while other companies pushed out installation a day or two. Friendly and quick. Set up an appointment and got windshield chip repair on the same day. Martin showed up got to work. It took 30 minutes to complete the job. Excellent work on the repair. I just want to say for anyone needing your windows or windshield replaced, shop local and call John. He was amazing! My truck got broken into on the Saturday morning directly after Thanksgiving … we’ll call it Black Saturday. Stole all my tools for work and left me unable to drive anywhere. So I started calling auto glass places from Google and nobody answered. So I put a post on our FB neighborhood group - and immediately three different people that don’t know each other all recommended Auto Glass Combat Vet. I reached out and he responded immediately (regardless of it being a holiday weekend) and went to work finding my glass. Then first thing Monday morning he was there on time and got me repaired in about 20 minutes, properly, and for a better price than the corporate guys. John went above and beyond and really took care of us. You have to call him!

A kid in the neighborhood was having a bad day and unfortunately my window got the worst of it. Auto Glass Combat Vet gave me an exact quote over the phone which included a warranty on workmanship and was a little over 1/2 of what the top competitor was asking.. and they were able to come to me the next business day! They even let me know that 'acoustic glass' wasn't even an option for my car and the other place had suggested it at a higher cost!!! The service was fast and the quality was excellent!
