This is not in my wheel house so of course I was on edge when the strangers started rolling in.. However Freedom AC did review of my system to confirm that it was just old and recommended some great options.. The thing I appreciated they did not try to put a band AID and just milk us for another few months.. so we are in works on getting an updated more to a more efficient system.. CALL them you wont regret it

The owner Chris was on time and knowledgeable of what was wrong with my system. He quickly fixed it and was In and out. AC was back to working GREAT again. Very honest and pleasant to deal with, not like other companies I have dealt with In the past.

They provided excellent service with pointing out the issues with the water leakage coming from the AC unit s condensation drainage. He explained all of the diagnosis of the issue, potential issues and possible resolutions. After the work was completed, the leakage had stopped. Thank you.

Awesome experience. I waited 22 hours for our contracted AC service company. I called twice for status updates. I was told I d get a call back after my second call. Didn t happen. I called Freedom AC at 5:16 pm. At 6:03 my AC was running. I ll be cancelling our contract with the first company. Thank you to Chris, Amanda, Edward and Ryan. I can t recommend you strongly enough.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Dont trust them. They sell you refurbished parts and claim they are brand new. We had another company come in to check this companys work and told us that we were getting ripped off by them. P.s. One of the 5 star reviews that are on here is from an employee. Who knows how many more reviews are from friends and family.

Not recommended. $99 for a diagnostic. Tech claimed everythings fine. I have to call a new company that can figure it out. They claim that other companies are salespeople. This company will come to your house to sell you something.

My heater broke mid-winter I found Freedom AC on yelp. Chris the owner was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable on my system and recomened a repair that didnt cost a arm and leg. He explaned that my system was 18 years old and was time to start thinking about replacing it. He was not pushy at all. Highly recommend!

Our AC went out last week, and I have an 8 month old at home. Our house was getting HOT! I reached out to Freedom and they were SUPER responsive and came out that same day. The owner, Chris, was extremely professional and kind. He discovered the problem with our unit - a major component had broken off. He said he could order the part, but it would cost several hundred extra and wouldn t be in for at least five days. He had the genius idea however that he could try and get it welded and it would save us a good chunk of change. He came back first thing this morning - his idea worked! I m now sitting in a cool house with my baby and so so thankful!

Chris charged without quoting, charged for service to fix his companies mistakes, and improperly installed a system and wanted to charge us to fix his mistakes. This company is a joke. It might look good when installed, but give it a month and its going to fall apart. Cannot recommend. Ive even known Chris for a long time before he started this company, and his business etiquette made me question him as a person.

Our AC broke late at night, and when I called first thing in the morning, they were able to set up an appointment for the same day! Chris (the company owner) came out and determined the problem, fixed it, and explained it to me all in under an hour. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. Chris was great, he was able to make it over same day even at 7pm. He showed up and worked in the dark for some time. He then showed me exactly what was wrong. We ended up having to order a part, when it came 2 days later he did the same thing once again. Showed up at 7pm after i was home from work. He replaced the part, in the dark, because i have a package unit on the roof. Got me set up with a new google nest thermostat and after i set it up he made sure everything was working in order before leaving. It was a great feeling having my heater working again. Appreciate the fact that chris was able to knock out the problem so promptly efficiently and professionally.

First of all Chad is AWESOME! I called around for a quote for my HVAC needs and two other companies wanted to charge $50 for a quote. Freedom AC and Heating not only didn t charge a quote fee but they responded promptly. I usually get at least three quotes to price compare but Chad was thorough in diagnosing my duct issues and quoted me a great price to reduct the entire house which will be great in the summer as well. Chad and Chris go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and happy. While the work was being done (in the winter) mom was cold and Chad brought her a space heater to keep her warm very thoughtful. Do yourself a favor, meet Chad and Chris and let them help you with your HVAC needs.
