The battery is bad, the kids and manage both saying it isn't bad then asking for proof of purchase phone number of purchaser Acting like they aren't responsible for fulfillment of a warranty for a nationwide company of batteries 3 times they are talking about a surface charge. 0 percent battery charge and they are still saying it needs to be fully charged before they can verify it's bad 3 different battery testers saying it's bad You don't want to honor a warranty, speaking with this energy like, as if it comes out of your stores revenue or something.. Very unprofessional unlike any service center I've encountered after many years working with interstate This company is known for honoring warranties This location only wants to sell you new batteries and leave you stranded with a bad battery on a Saturday 2 days away from any other locations being open
