I always take my car here for all my car repairs! Highly recommend! I found out about this place because my old boss told me she was taking her Audi here. This place never disappoints and customer service is on point!

I was having a smog related problem and every shop that I stopped said they could fix it. but it was all talk so I went to auto club I have been a member for 57 years and they highly recommended Haven auto repair so I made an appointment it took them a while to figure out the problem but they got it fixed it i m on the road with no problems I would recommend anybody with an automobile problem to take it to Haven auto care. Their staff and office help are the best they took the time to explain exactly what they have to do.

I recently took my 2014 Hyundai Azera (175,000 miles) to Haven Auto Repair for an oil change. Maintenance had been neglected, so I asked for my car to be thoroughly inspected for any repairs necessary to keep it running. As expected, it needed quite a bit. Justin explained what was necessary immediately for safety reasons, what would be wise financially so I wouldnt have to pay for labor twice, and what could wait for a future visit. So far, my car is running great! It sounds better and it drives better. Justin helped me form a plan to stay on top of the maintenance schedule for both of my vehicles. I found Haven Auto Repair to be very trustworthy and competent. Communication with Justin was excellent and very professional. I also appreciate the detailed report with pictures of the findings texted to me during the process. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. She informed me about the AAA discount and a discounted maintenence package that is available for purchase. I will definitely be returning and will recommend to my friends & family.

In this day and age, there are many auto mechanic shops. But I can say from experience that I have had one of the best experiences with this shop. Friendly, fast, and informative! Justin is great and will always greet you with a smile.

Everyone is so nice and friendly from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave the mechanics. I love them way. They explain things simplify things because I am a 69-year-old female and I know very little about cars but the way they explain it is like you understand the repairs prices are not way over. they seem to be fair and I do check around and they do also I didnt know they also check around for prices of parts but overall I give them a thumb up and five stars, and I like the fact that they are AAA certified

I recently took my Honda civic to Haven Auto Repair and it was the best choice. They do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and provide you with a detailed report with images, informing you what needs immediate attention, more than what you go in requesting services for. I had no idea there were so many issues with my car at the time and they were able to assist me with fixing those issues with also working with my finances. As a single parent, the safety of my vehicle for my child is important and the Haven Auto Repair team kept that in mind the entire time! I m from out of town, and unfortunately my radiator fan broke- car over heated, radiator hoses blew, fluids and steam went everywhere- it was an overwhelming experience. Not being familiar w/ the area I lucked out finding Haven Auto Repair. I chose them due to 5 star review and just had to trust that they would take good care of my car. Haven did a full diagnostic, sent me a link complete w/ findings, pictures, and prices so I could follow along w/ progress. This was very helpful and convenient as I was multitasking w/life and work. Haven Auto Repair warranties their work, communicates daily, prices are fair, they offer a rental car if needed, and don t require a large quantity of time with your car for repairs as they are connected w/ auto suppliers. I 100% recommend them, I had a lot of work done, There was no damage on my car, And it runs beautifully. Definitely use this auto repair shop!

I normally do my own mechanic work, not because Im a mechanic, but because I like a challenge. This challenge on my 2019 Cadillac was a bit much took it to this mechanic shop and from my initial phone call to ask questions to picking my car they were amazing never felt like I was just another paying customer, actually felt like they cared about my issue and my vehicle. If you ever need a mechanic shop, I strongly recommend this place. They are fairly priced, quick with their work, and clean.

Service was great! The team here is professional, friendly and courteous with your time. I brought my Audi Q5 in for a front axle repair and they perform in a timely manner without over charging me and suggesting unnecessary repairs. I felt like I can trust them with my car which is huge for me because I have only ever taken my car to the dealership out of fear of crooked mechanics. In hindsight it was the other way around Nevertheless my car is running smoothly now and I will definitely be returning for any future service needs.

The company personnel are very friendly and try to explain everything. Their evaluation form explains their ratings of possible troubles and the need for repairs. We took our Xterra in for service and there were a number of items that needed immediate repairs. The repairs were very costly but we had them completed as a base line for future servicing. The work was done in a timely manner.

About a week ago I went to pep boys to get new brakes. Got those plus oil change, Air filter change, Battery cleaning, brake fluid change, and leak inspection. After charging me for their service they notified me I had a leaky head gasket Which caused severe damage to my car. Total damage to my vehicle would cost over six thousand dollars to fix! Got recommended to this place by a close family member. Took my car there the next day to get a second opinion. They inspected my vehicle. And it showed that not only did I NOT Have a leaky head gasket, Most to all of the work I paid pep boys to do on my vehicle DID NOT GET DONE! The only thing they did was my brakes! Turns out all I had was a loose oil cap. And some residual damage from lack of upkeep from going to pepboys. After Jeff Serviced my vehicle, For this past week, it has run as smooth as butter. It is less loud and so much smoother! Jeff Treated me well and didnt make me feel intimidated for not knowing a lot about cars. Merhdad and the Whole business feels professional and welcoming. NEVER GO TO PEPBOYS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS PLACE AS YOUR GO TO MECHANIC FOR ANY AND ALL PROBLEMS! FIVE FUGGIN STARS! Also, photo shows cabin air filter and brake fluid pep boys SUPOOSEDLY replaced. Geez...

Real diagnosticians! Another shop told me to go to the dealer to fix the problem, these guys took it as a challenge to find the problem. Using tools the other shop didnt even know existed, they were able to find the problem and fix it. And a UEI teacher wouldnt have been able to diagnose this problem, these guys needed real knowledge, experience and intuition to find the problem, and they have it and they did it! Thanks again

Haven Auto helped me get my sons truck ready to sell. I asked them to go over it front to back to make sure it was in sound mechanical condition. They were especially helpful in picking it up and dropping it back off to me because I dont drive a stick shift. They photographed and documented everything that needed repair or replacement. This is going to help me sell this truck for the right price.

I was referred to Haven Auto Repair by AAA website of approved Auto repair shop, I called shop notified Ashley of work I was requesting quote on, she took info and Jeff called me back with quote that was good. I set up appointment. I made appointment smooth process, I received txt in a few hours, they are working on repair, they also did inspection of vehicle, found 3 other issues I should be aware of, leaks with photos I called and got estimates on those issues, I elected not to get them done at this time. They notified me when work was done, Power steering pump replacement, 2007 Honda Accord, Great work, Im pleased.. Special shout out to Ashley, Moran, I was walking over from home and getting close to closing time 5:30pm, a 3 mile walking with stoplights is longer then I expected...

My parents have been going here since I was a kid. They trust them quite a bit. After a lot of bad experiences at other mechanics with my girlfriends car, I decided to bring it in to Haven Auto. Firstly, making an appointment was very quick and easy with a phone call. They even send you text messages, if you allow them to, to remind you a few days before and a day before. For someone like me who forgets if I do not put it in my calendar, this was great. Secondly, front desk service and their service techs are awesome and friendly. Jeff was the service tech(wrong job title, but I cant remember what its called) who helped walk through and explain the issues we had. We had asked for several inspections as my girlfriends car had not been driving well at all. Jeff did NOT try to sell us anything that was not needed(in this case just new tires, they are quite bald and have a piece of metal in one, and our oil change). All of this was what we expected and were glad it wasnt worse. We will definetly be bringing it back to get our new tires and alignment done. Edit: forgot to mention, THEY TAKE PICTURES TO SHOW YOU WHAT THEY FOUND ON INSPECTION! I have not had a place do this for me before! You dont need to go in to see whats wrong(unless youd like to in person). Tldr; good honest auto shop, quick, friendly, and most importantly fair.

Although I had to bring my car back to their shop after I had a new radiator installed, I am still happy with their service. My manufacturers requirement to only use a factory spec thermostat was surprising to their mechanics as well as myself. Their project manager made sure the cause of the problem was found and the return visit was covered under their warranty for the radiator replacement. Based off my interactions with their team they are a trustworthy shop which is why Costco members can go to them for automotive repairs.

This place is okay Im sure they have good service but they are pricey and can be rude. I think I had jeff or something he would get worked up real quick about any small thing. Also just an FYI for the triple AAA members its not 75 dollars off its 50 dollars not a big deal but thought everyone would like to know, and whoever the mechanic in the back is needs to cool it because Im not an experienced mechanic my bad I didnt know you could drive a car for 15 minutes with no coolant.

This shop is high end, but they do quality work. I as a woman have never felt disrespected or spoken down to by our usual mechanic Justin, and Ive never felt that they tried to rip us off or pull one over on us. They photograph everything and show it to you so that you can see, and rate it on a system from red, yellow, and green to know how important it is. Ive been working with this shop for three years now and will be moving out of state soon. I know I will have a hard time replacing this shop for us, and particularly Justin who has just gone above and beyond for my family. He has even given us advice when purchasing new cars about what the most common issues are for those cars and what he might purchase in our shoes. So, be prepared for it to be one of the more expensive shops, but it gives me confidence to know that they pay their employees appropriately for the cost of living and their hard work, and Justin in particular treats us as if we were a member of his family. You can trust what they say, and as a woman you do not need to be afraid of being spoken down to. We will miss working with them after our move!

I was waiting to write my review until after I had been driving my car for a while but even before I left the shop with my car I knew that I was going to give the shop a five star review this is hands-down the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic in my entire life. The customer service was amazing. I was constantly kept in the loop with almost daily contact a link with photos of them working on my car and updated regularly. Once my car was diagnosed Justin gave me a breakdown step-by-step of what the issues of my car were and gave me multiple informed options to choose from, I felt no matter which option I picked my car was in good hands and that they were going to make sure that I drove off that lot safely. My car runs better than it did the day that I bought it and I m so happy that AAA recommended them.

Great Independent Auto repair shop, 3+ years ago I starting going there for my job as a Vehicle Inspector for Extended Warranty Companies, and than for my own vehicles for regular maintenance, I recently was having fuel type issues with my Chevy HHR, much of the work Ive done myself, but still couldnt get it figured out, it had lean and rich fuel codes and random misfire code at the same time, so I brought it in to have them take a look, I talked with Service AdvIsor Jeff, he kept me informed on the daily updates, The Tech Bret even called me to let me know he was as stumped as I was, they contacted GM Tech support, and were able to get some direction, they found that the fuel injectors failed causing havoc with the new AC Delco O2 sensors I just installed back in March, and the spark plugs got fouled out also.... its been a week, but thats OK, because I had another car to drive.. My 2008 Chevy HHR with 175k on the odometer is running great again, and I couldnt be happier with my choice of Haven Auto Repair as my go-to Shop... They are not cheap, but you receive the service you pay for.. they only use factory or better parts and they take pictures and videos of the work, and will send updates to your phone... We have been customers for 20 years, for multiple reasons..........and then there is the water, soda, candy, coffee, and cookies while waiting.......

If I could rate a zero I would, I would highly highly recommend that you get at least two estimates when dealing with this company. Who knows may be they just didnt want to to the work. They will lie to you, they will charge you for things that dont need to be done, and then over charge you. You are better off taking it to the dealer. I let them know that the engine light came on and test code P2646 Rocker arm control valve stuck open and to do an oil change. They got a hold of my wife let her know that it would be $110 for a oil change and $75 to do a diagnostic to read the code. So later on that day the contacted us saying they did the diagnostic test and it had a code P2646 Rocker arm control valve stuck. So I let the person know that I already knew that and wrote on the paperwork along with the key the night before. I must of hurt his feelings because all of a sudden his attitude changed an told me he does have the paperwork and this is his finding and then proceeded to let us know that it would be $600 to fix the Rocker arm control valve only a $45 part on the very high end. Then when I question him about the to other screens that needed to be replaced he got frustrated that I knew what needed to be done and told me it would not be included. We let him know we need to think about it, I immediately drove down there to pick the car up. When I got there they were very shady they told me to wait to wait 10- 15 minutes while they put the car back together then about 5 minutes later I saw the car drive by and thought to myself if they are working on it in the shop why is it coming over from a parking lot on the other side of the build. about 5 minutes later I went outside to talk to my wife letter her know they need to but the car back together and then she told me she saw it drive by as well then I noticed the car parked outside the garage. I went back inside and they told be they are almost done it would be about 10 minutes. So I went out side took a picture of the car sitting out side the garage. ( the tan Honda accord in the middle ) Knowing the car was never inside the garage I went back inside and asked them what is taking so long the guy at the counter went in the office then some little kid came out and started blaming me that it was my fault because I did let him know I was coming and that the car was being worked on in the garage and that it was on the rack then I asked him again why is it sitting outside he proceeded to tell me it was on the racks as you can see by the picture it was not on the racks. Right after that I went outside and the other guy pulled the car up front and gave me the keys. The car was never on the racks never made it inside the garaged and from the time my wife and I saw the car drive by it never need any additional work or anything put back to gether. So because I questioned their authority and didnt let them take advantage of us.. They got made at us and made us wait there for no reason for over half an hour. Ewww...they showed us!!!

Some rodents got to ALL my wiring... they repaired it. Also they helped us realize we had warranty on some other work and handled all the communication and got that work covered. Also they told us this rodantbissue would probably be covered with our insurance and it was. They are very helpful everyone there are very pite and helpful.

Justin was patient, caring, and answered any and all questions and concerns that I had. We sent our car here for a AAA repair. Justin was very informative over the phone calls and updated us on the status. The problem came when we went to pick up the car. They said we purchased extra services that arent covered and was asking for us to pay double our deductible. We called AAA who stated we only had to pay the deductible. The staff spoke so aggressive and acted as if we werent trying to pay. They wouldnt listen to us just kept treating us horribly. They refused to give us our car for 30mins. Until they realized that one of their staff members didnt put it in there notes that AAA wrote them another check.

And repairs are always done when they say they ll be done. They also work with warranty companies and really fight for their customers to get services covered that should be covered. Haven recommended $2k+ replacement parts/service. Ive been a customer for 3 yrs and trusted their assessment. Several days later, my engine light came on and figured it was unrelated. After having codes pulled at another shop, the mechanic advised that parts were improperly installed and I should bring it to their attention. I returned with documentation and advised the Haven staff regarding the engine light/code. However, Justin (manager) immediately became defensive and replied, We know what we are doing!. I assured him I wasnt trying to argue but was concerned about the repair code. Perhaps, there may have been an oversight/mistake with the installation. Nevertheless, I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle regardless of their 12-month warranty. Sadly, I no longer trust this shop and will not return. The staff has changed quite a bit and their ego/customer service skills are abhorrent.

My A/C went bad in 2018 and I took it here to be repaired. It was originally supposed to be just a bad compressor, but they ended up replacing the condenser, hoses, Freon and cabin air filter. Total was more then $2000. Shortly after, the power steering pump went bad. Took it to my regular mechanic and found out they put the wrong power steering fluid in. I had to pay for that to be flushed and replaced on my own with my normal mechanic. Here we are in 2020, less then 2 years later, and the compressor is going bad. I take it to my mechanic who suggests having them see if they will honor their 24 month, 24000 mile warranty. My wife takes it to them on a cooler day, and it is working fine. I show up shortly after her on the same day to speak with the owner. The owner makes the misogynistic suggestion I drive it around for a while and bring it back if it goes bad. He also informs me that it is out of warranty mileage-wise by 6000 miles, although time-wise it isnt, so they will see about taking care of it for free. I take my kids geocaching around the area, and an hour and a half later, the compressor begins to smoke and seized up. I take it back, tell the owner, You wanted proof, here it is. He proceeds to tell me he needs to do a diagnosis, because it could be 20 other things; even though he spoke to my mechanic who clearly told him it was a compressor issue. He asks my mechanic about the clutch turning read and if he looked it up on YouTube. Now the owner has insulted two people. He also proceeds to tell me how he can take any car and blow out the engine in an hour if he wanted to. I asked if he was suggesting I broke it on purpose, and he quickly withdrew his tone. Now the owner has insulted three people. They kept the car all weekend, and told me on Monday that the parts company will not replace the parts and they will replace it for $600, that just being the cost of the labor. I said no thanks and took it to my mechanic, who fixed it, had to replace the condenser and hoses they put in as well. They did offer me a free oil change (which I wouldnt dare take them up on their offer) and not charge me for the diagnosis (which was unnecessary). They had to send another representative to tell me, since I believe the owner is suffering from a bad case of foot-in-mouth disease. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor. They charge too much, do bad work, make more problems then you take your car in with. I would stay away from this shop at all cost.

I found this business through AAA one day, after I got tired of the dealership not finding any issues wrong with my vehicle. I brought it in for an engine diagnostic, and after contacting Volkswagen we replaced my ECU. This, did not clear any codes, but it reassured is that that was not this issue. After having it replaced, more codes popped up, including an ECU code. This is when I took it back to Haven Auto Repair. They spent more time on it in two days than the dealership did, and would not give up until the issue was fixed. I 100% recommend this shop to ANYONE who has had even a slight issue with the dealership and their prices. Haven Auto uses a service that allows you to see the process they are working on with your vehicle, including adding pictures of what they see if your check engine light is on. I will continue to go back here until these mechanics retire.

Excellent customer service. Very professional team. Assisted with my insurance claim and in getting me a rental car until my car was fixed. Very grateful for getting me through a tough time when someone stole my entire exhaust system from underneath my car. Would definitely recommend.

This facility wants to be neighborhood answer to a dealership. To that end, they are expensive, but provide services such as pick ups and drop off, as well as a lobby stocked with pastries and drinks. If they could keep their prices affordable!

They seem to know what theyre doing but their prices are very high. They repaired a truck for me which I could have probably fix myself for around $300 and it cost me just over a thousand.

Initially informational with the diagnostics performed on the vehicle. 4 days later my car was still there with the problem unresolved. Other repairs were completed based on the extended warranty coverage. They attempted to over charge by adding diagnostic charges to the deductable cost. The worst part about it was they wrote the additional cost in after they provided me my signed copy. They ultimately waived the fee but the effort in over charging and deception is why I wont go back. Poor customer service especially by Justin and Grace who became argumentative, rude and belittling.

Took my 2012 GMC Yukon XL Denali in for service last week. They put in new shocks, air compressor for the shocks, an oil pressure sensor and spark plugs. Making a appointment was easy. Staff were very helpful and kind. Everything was clean including the bathroom. There was a coffee machine, bottled water, sodas and home made cookies. The service was timely and they even included washing the car. I would definately come here again.
