“I can’t say enough good things about this business I took my car in thinking my only problem was a transmission issue, but after a thorough inspection, they honestly told me that the problem was actually with my engine. I had vibrations/noise coming from underneath the front end of the vehicle. Turns out all the noise was coming from one of the rear wheel bearings. I don't think I would've caught that at all. This shop definitely had the experience to take care of the problem. I'm incredibly grateful for the shop owner who provided great customer service and repairs. I highly encourage anyone looking for a transmission shop to drop by and have their vehicles checked out and repaired here. This review doesn't do any justice to the people who took care of my vehicle. I try my best to do all of my repairs, and haven't had a mechanic look at my vehicle in years, so I'm glad I found this shop after all this time.

If I could rate Boston Transmission higher than 5 stars, I would. The workers are extremely friendly, Joe in particular was who helped me with a pretty niche problem and he fixed it fast and helped me understand the issue. Couldn't recommend this place more! Great place. Family run business. They have been here for years. They recently helped my brother with his cevy van and helped us with our toyota sienna. Runs smoth now. They were clean. Would recommend. Honest owner.

Half hour drive for me in traffic, but I'd take my car here if it was a hundred miles away. The owner, Joe, is not only as trustworthy as they make 'em, but he's just a genuinely nice guy. A real straight shooter, he'll give you the truth about whether your car needs some fix or service. In the auto service business, TRUST is everything. He's been in business for decades too so he's built quite a reputation.
